It was a once in a lifetime experience rented a GoPro to always hold that memory plug the Deavon and all the crewcrew made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable everyone had an awesome time.

This is the one I take visitors to because it’s a short boat ride to the viewing area, great staff and outstanding viewing. My daughter considered one of the best experiences last month and my son agreed when he did the Manta Ray swim last weekend.

Will definitely book this tour again next time I'm in Kona. Everyone had great attitudes, very knowledgeable about the Manta Rays and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable in open waters. My biggest fear was the unknown in the big open waters but they eased my anxiety and I had THEE BEST EXPERIENCE! Renting the GoPro was a big plus capturing all the Manta Rays! Can't wait to show my husband and kiddos this cool experience. Thank you

Hands down a must do while on the Big Island! Night snorkel with mantas is an experience of a lifetime!! And Hawaii Island and Ocean is a top notch company with phenomenal crew! Khalayah, Eric, Rory, and Deavon were great!! Book with them now!

Such an awesome experience. Deavon was informative and hilarious. Cory, Jake, and Kelea (i hope i spelled that right) took great care of us and showed us how much they care about these majestic creatures.

The whole experience from booking to off loading the boat was amazing!! The people who run it are so great!! From Devin to Captain Rory, to Jake our on water guide, to our lifeguard...I think her name was Kalanie...but they were all just amazing. And the absolute stars of the show.....all the manta rays!! It was just magical!! I booked this last minute for my son and I on our last night here before heading back home to California after being here for 8 days. He absolutely loved it!!!

Awesome! You have to rent life vests and wet suits from some tours if you need them. You stay pretty close to boat.

We went to the 9:40 pm tour, and rented a go pro, wet suit shirt, and life vest. They give you a snorkel and float ring to put around your ankles once you’re in the water. They take you maybe 3 minutes from the boat launch, so there’s not a lot of big waves to deal with, and you hold onto a flat float boat with handles. Within a minute there were big beautiful manta rays swimming right under us. Some come right by your face. They are gentle and lovable, and they ant to show off for you. It will be a tour we will always smile when we remember it. The guides were very knowledgeable and respectful of the ocean and all things living in it. They explained by turning on the lights that draw their food in, it helps to feed those manta rays that are injured. We all felt very safe the entire time, and they always had their eyes on us. Please bring extra cash to tip and they take Venmo for the extra equipment we used like the go pro $40 and they will send us the download. Life vests and wet suit shirts were $10 each I believe. I was there with my family - adult daughters but would have no problem bringing my 12 year old.
