Unforgettable Dublin: Live Guided City Bus Tour

I really enjoyed my time on the Hop on Hop off bus yesterday. I got off at Trinity College and saw Molly Malone, wandered through the college, then to The Temple Bar and then ended up back at the start of the tour where I hoped back on and stayed with Tyrone until we reached the train station as I had to get back to Shannon where I was staying. I found both tour guides I experienced to be quite knowledgeable and entertaining as they shared the city they love. It was a delight and I can’t wait to come back and visit some of the places I wasn’t able to get to yesterday. I wouldn’t have known that I wanted to see those things were it not for the tour. Wonderful experience. If it’s your first time going to Dublin, definitely do this tour first. Then you’ll know what you want to see while you’re there.

Dermot is an amazing driver. So kind and knowledgeable. Tells wonderful stories while giving you the history of Dublin. When you are done riding with Dermot you feel like you have a great new friend!

We used the service three times in one day. All the drivers were extremely knowledgeable friendly and fun! The buses ran pretty much well to time which was an impressive feat given the amount of traffic in the City! We traveled some of the route twice and it was fun comparing the commentary from the drivers. They all had pretty much similar information but their styles (and jokes) were completely different which was nice.

Gary O was the best tour guide!! He provided just the right information to make it worthwhile to ride the entire trip twice.

It was great. Our guide was superb. She was quite knowledgeable and even sang some Irish tunes for us. I would recommend this tour for anyone.

A very good way to see the sights of Dublin. Our driver / guide Alex was fantastic! Whitty, funny and very insightful of the landmarks and experiences along the tour. Singing wasn't as ear splitting as it might have been and getting the passengers involved was great fun.

My issue is not with the tour itself. It was very good and drivers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I booked a 48 hour pass. After 24 my pass was canceled and I had no access to my pass. Had to call and wait on hold in order to reactivate my pass causing us to miss 2 buses. Also DoDublin tours ended at 5 becuase of a winter schedule , noticed that rival big red bus running what seemed to be later
