Gobi & Grassland Mongolia: 8-Day Unforgettable Nomad Quest

Undral was a wonderful and attentive guide, connecting us with nomadic families and offering us an opportunity to live briefly with them. The experience was truly authentic, and as our group was small, there was great flexibility in terms of timing and going off the beaten path. The Gobi region is beautiful, and people are very friendly and open. We had memories that will remain with us. Highly recommend going on a small group adventure with Woodpecker Tours!

There are many places where you can find a bet to sleep in. But here you will find a temporary home, a shared flat a safe place. You enter into a complete wooden room and you will be welcomed by such special souls. All the noises and the worrys stay outside. Everything is possible here, as long as you know what you want. They helped me to make my team of riding through mongolia true. And my dog was welcomed like I have never seen it in a hostel before. I will miss you guys and I will miss this place I call my home here in Mongolia. Thank you!

Het is een reis om aan te raden. Deze organisatie heeft goede chauffeurs en gidsen. De reis is afwisselend elke dag zie je weer iets nieuws. Mongolië is een héél mooi land om te bereizen.

Die Tour zusammen mit Wood Peckers hat großen Spaß gemacht. Ich habe die Tour gebucht, war aber am Ende der einzige Teilnehmer. Das hat aber der Tour nichts geschadet, weil ich dadurch auch selbst den Plan bestimmen konnte. Zusammen mit dem netten Guide Zammi habe ich auch einige Exkursionen unternommen. So sind wir ozum Beispiel zusammen auf den Gipfel in der Geierschlucht gewandert oder mit Mountain Bikes in der Bayanzag Schlucht gefahren.

Nous avons passé deux jours à l’auberge, le temps de planifier le tour (14 jours) avec l’aide et les super conseils d’Undral, et de réunir une équipe de backpackeurs, puis deux jours au retour. On revient vraiment avec des souvenirs plein la tête, on s’est laissés guider par notre duo conducteur-guide du tonnerre, deux très belles rencontres ! Undral est vraiment une personne très accueillante, et toute sa team-famille donnent vraiment de leur temps et de leur énergie pour faire passer un super séjour à leurs guests, on recommande !
