Overall an awesome experience! The weather wasn't the best, but the staff were super friendly, and the views were stunning! I definitely recommend this place for you to go solo, with a partner or your kids!

I had a hard time hearing the orator, but the crew was great, very informative and courteous. I am disabled. They help me board and unload safely.

The narration was informative, although sometimes difficult to hear because of the noise, we enjoyed the ride, the one hour length was just right, the weather was gorgeous, and the ride was smooth. Would recommend. I thought the price per person was fair.

Absolutely amazing!! Seeing the Golden Gate Bridge up close and personal was a wonderful experience!

What a lovely ride in the Golden Gate Bay, especially under the Golden Gate Bridge. Narration is very well done - good explanation all along the cruise path. Trip is 90 minutes full of a multitude of sites in SF. Would recommend this SF visitors

Couldn't hear any of the tour. The speakers were too quiet and the many other guests were too loud. I wish there was a phone and headphone option. Cool to go under the golden gate bridge

The Golden Gate Bay River Cruise was awesome. One hour of cruising and full of information about Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and other.

We had a lovely day on the water! The narration is particularly good and very interesting. I don’t know about other companies, but I certainly would recommend this one.

We were expecting a live tour guide instead it was a recording. A lot of people standing around. Could not hear or keep up.

Great up close views of the two big icons, Golden Gate Bridge & Alcatraz. Plus you get to see the Sea Lions up close by the harbour. Only shame is the recorded commentary is a bit hard to hear.
