Our guide was excellent! He was knowledgeable and humorous. Salsalita was quaint and beautiful. We found an excellent Mexican restaurant and strolled the shops.

This was a great tour and the bus was very nice. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again.

Although we were anticipating going to the Armstrong Reserve, Muir Woods was open for the first time in 20 days. We definitely lucked out. We had a wonderful trip. Don was our tour guide, and he grew up in the area and was very knowledgeable about it. He had many stories to share, so there was never a dull moment. Muir Woods was so still and peaceful. We were fortunate in that there weren’t many people there. Definitely bring a light jacket because it is very cool in the trees. Sausalito was a pretty town with several restaurants to choose from, but with only an hour, we didn’t have time to really sit down and enjoy them. I wish this trip incorporated Sausalito for two hours because I would like to have spent more time there. Overall, a wonderful day and we met so many other nice travelers.

A bit of a drive, and Sausalito was rushed. Otherwise, it was great. Muir Woods was closed, so we visited Armstrong State Park instead. Which was more than double the time in the bus. Our Irish driver was delightful, professional, and expert. Loved his shared knowledge.

They changed the destination very last minute to a different state park and added an hour and a half to the drive time. It was a mild day out but the bus was very hot and the driver would only turn the fan on not the ac, the tour bus driver was also just telling mainly personal story’s. It wasnt a horrible experience I just definitely wouldn’t do it again.

The overall tour itself was fine. The only issue was that the van (small bus) we spent a few hours in driving up and back did not seem to have working AC, making that part of the experience rather miserable for everyone. Under that specific circumstance I would not recommend it to anyone obviously.

Our tour did not go to Muir Woods due to the government shut down, instead we went to Armstrong State Park, which was lovely. Took the ferry back from Sausalito and I recommend it.

Epic time! You should book this and plan on a leisurely delicious dinner in Saulsalito. Was a perfect b-day celebration!!!

Well I understand that the park is closed. But the tour should offer more paths, it was easy. Also the tour guide needs to talk more about history while he is driving.

After waiting at the allocated pick up point for 20 minutes, and sending a message to the operator to ask if I was in the right place, I was eventually told that they wouldn’t be coming to my pick up point on that day. To their credit, they had apparently tried to call me to notify me of this but I’m an international visitor and my phone isn’t working here. I do feel they could have tried the various other methods for communication - eg my email address or through Viator platform, and/or not letting me book that pick up point in the first place. I was issued a refund, so am grateful for that, but it did mean that I wasn’t able to see Muir Woods on my visit to SF. Would recommend not using this company unless you have a fully functioning phone in the US!
