Exclusive Teotihuacan: Private Pyramids Tour from Mexico City

This tour was fantastic. Hugo texted me in advance to confirm the trip, sent the license plate of his car and answered my questions. On the day of the tour he collected me from my hotel and was immediately pleasant and accommodating. He pointed out the sights as we drove through the city, and even stopped so I could get a coffee. The conversation was delightful and educational. At the attraction, he impressed me with his knowledge, supplemented with photographs he’d brought in a binder to show images of how the site would have originally looked. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite, always looking out for my comfort, offering bathroom stops, water and anything else I needed. At the end of the tour there was time to buy souvenirs, and he introduced me to a lady from the local community cooperative of several families. The artisans of these families make the alcohol, the artefacts and jewellery sold in the shop and explain to you how everything is made and help you collect your purchases. Finally Hugo drove me back to the door of my hotel, but it doesn’t end there. The next day I had a problem with my ticket for the bus and contacted him for help. In the end I didn’t need it but he was ready to drive to help me or call the bus station to explain my problem for me. You couldn’t find a more knowledgeable guide or a nicer person to make you feel safe and comfortable. Muchas estrellas para Hugo y su empresario. Rhiannon

We had an amazing tour! Ivan is wonderful to work with for the booking and organizing our large group (including small kids). He was responsive and welcoming from the start. Aldo was an exceptional guide for the whole tour -- highly engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful about the various interests/energy levels of those in our group, and flexible with how he organized our time. Paco was an excellent driver, and we had a very comfortable ride both ways. The whole experience was a highlight of our trip to Mexico City. We would hands-down recommend this company and their amazing staff!

Do not miss this tour . It is so incredible and amazing how these pyramids and citadel were built so long ago . Hugo our guide bought the whole area to life with his extensive knowledge and stories .
