Our day in the mountains was perfect. Moustapha our guide, knew literally every bump in the day long road. His knowledge of the area and connection to the locals displayed a true love for the area and was endearing and infectious. It was altogether a memorable and heart warming experience.

Great day with very knowledgeable driver/guide Mohamed. The trip was 7:30h long but did not feel overwhelming even with the 10 months old baby. Would definitely recommend.

This tour was a great way to see the area outside of Marrakech. It was also a more relaxing day than the hustle of Marrakech. The day included multiple pictures stops in the 5 Atlas Mountain valleys. Break stops included tea by the river and lunch prepared by a Berber family and held in their home. Other tours do not include all 5 valleys. The highlight was the lunch in the home with a view of their valley.

I booked this day trip as a solo traveler. Abdel, our guide and driver, picked me and the other participants up on time and explained the day’s program. Abdel was highly knowledgeable and was eager to share insights into his Berber culture with the group. I was impressed that Abdel was able to flawlessly switch between English and French all day in order to accommodate all nationalities on the tour. The mountain scenery and villages were beautiful and the lunch at a village home made for an easy and enjoyable day away from Marrakech.

I'm so glad we paid a little extra to take this tour instead of some of the cheaper experiences. Our guide, Abdul, was a fountain of knowledge and a skilled storyteller, giving colour to not only the history of what we saw, but also the context of modern Morocco. The valleys were beautiful, the mountains incredible, and our lunch with the Amazigh family was an experience I'll never forget. Worth every penny and more.

Mohammed was an excellent guide. He spoke very good English and was able to answer all our questions. The whole trip was very interesting and enjoyable with good choice for morning tea and a delicious lunch with our lovely Berber family who lived in the Atlas Mountains. Definitely our favourite excursion while staying in Marrakech. Thank you

It was a great day! We learned more about Morocco from a Moroccan perspective than we did on any other tour. Our guide, Abdel, was absolutely fantastic. He was super informative and regularly checked in to see if we had any questions or wanted anything. The lunch was particularly fabulous, the best we had in Marrakech, and the views all day were incredible. This was a particularly good tour at the end of our time in Marrakech for a break from the busy city. It is a lot of time in the car, but you get out regularly to take pictures and talk about things around you.

Our guide, Mohammad was outstanding. He knew a lot and along with the sights we learned about Morocco. The spice stop, tea stop by the water and the exceptional lunch all made for a great experience.

Highlight of our trip - Adil our driver & guide spoke great English and gave us a lot of information about Marrakesh and the 5 valleys. Given lots of time to take in the scenery & he takes great photos! & is a great driver too! Came with snacks and packed breakfast but didn’t need. We were provided with snacks at the Argan oil stop. Do take cash if you want to purchase items, bit pricey (£20 upwards) & no price labels on items so you need to kept asking! Did purchase some argan oil as it seemed to be the real deal. Lunch with the Berber home was so peaceful. Tbh The 30 min mountain walk was a bit underwhelming - nice we got to do it though! Really good coffee at the coffee stop. Our driver Adil made the day fun, we felt so welcome in Marrakesh & we got a chance to connect with our fellow travellers too. Took warm clothes with us last week, but didn’t need them at all. T shirt & shorts / light trousers is enough in early October.
