Stairs, lots of them and steep. But it’s worth it to take the boat ride! Stein am Rhine was beautiful!

We loved our visit to the falls. The bus ride there was filled with interesting information from our knowledgeable and friendly guide. If it’s an option, definitely do the boat ride at the bottom of the falls—it’s a fantastic way to view them. We sat near the front of the boat and thoroughly enjoyed the breeze and mist off the falls. The village is very picturesque. Definitely glad we went. The ice cream at the local shop is very delicious, too—an added bonus. This is a perfect, relaxing half day tour while in Zürich!

This half day was filled with tons of beautiful sites! First, the Rheinfalls are majestic, gorgeous and very loud! They look over the river and then pounce upon the river! Definitely take the ass on boat ride near the falls- it's definitely worth it! Next the small town of Stein am Ran us stunning! Make sure you see the St..George monastery and the old winepress. The environment will bring you back a thousand years to a true working monastery. Take plenty of photos along the Rhine, as the afternoon sun glustensnon the water!

Certainly one of the best tours while in Switzerland. Our guide was a breath of fresh air and gave an outstanding narrative throughout this tour. We learned more on this tour than we ever expected to.
