It was informative, the tour guy spoke good English. However the listening device was not always working, sometimes you won’t be able to hear the tour guy.

Glenda was terrific. Highly recommend the tour! They not only weave in history and interesting facts but also give recommendations on restaurants, shops etc.

Ricca was a wonderful tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable as well as entertaining. He kept the pace well, answered all questions, and had some very good advice and recommendations. We feel we learned a lot about the Medici line and history of Florence.

The tour was very informative and helpful! Our tour guide Chiara was great and gave us good recommendations of things to try here (and things not to try). Born and raised here in Florence so she was very knowledgeable and gave insight on how to have a truly authentic florence experience and not just a touristy one. Would recommend
