This was an amazing way to explore and learn more about the are. Chris was an excellent guide, fun and informative.

There are plenty of vehicle choices: automatic Vespa, Manual Fiat, and Automatic Fiat. As long as you're able to drive (or ride) you can definately do this tour. Our guides Gabriel and Leo were amazing at keping the pack together, making sure we were confident and safe drivers, and overall great guides. We had two three stops in total: an area to see the Tuscan hills, at the Basilica di San Miniato, and a private estate for lunch. While the ride itself was scenic, if you plan to take pictures along the way this would not be possible on a solo trip (focus on driving safely)! Your only option for a variety of great sceneic photos would be as a passanger. Dropped by a star only because I wish we could have stopped for even 10 seconds to snap a picture instead of continuous driving. Just a quick pause would've been great

The best part of my 2 weeks in Italy was this Vespa tour with Leo & Aldo. The kept us safe and were a wealth of information. I was so impressed with how much knowledge they had. Also funny and so personable. The best guides I’ve had on any tours. Also the lunch in the outdoor garden was delicious!! This was so much fun away from the crowded city w so many people. Our road test was impressive. 2 where not up to driving a Vespa and given a small car to follow us with. A very professional team. Worth every $$!

We enjoyed the experience very much, was beautiful countryside and views. Driving the vespa was very fun. The tour does take quite a journey to get to the garage and get set up. Also our guide was knowledgeable and helpful but had a bit of a ‘just got out of bed’ attitude.

Very informative. The instructor Ado was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the areas, about wine and the customs of the area. He was very focused on safety which was very comforting and appreciated. Would recommend Ado or Leo to anyone visiting Florence.

You start out with the guides at the shop where they ensure you can safely drive the Vespa. Afterwards you take off as a group. Lunch is provided and delicious. Our main guide Gabriel was amazing and had so much knowledge about the history of Tuscany olive production etc. He definitely made the experience worthwhile. This is a must I’ve recommend to everyone I know who is going to Italy !
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- A valid driver license is required, bring the original with you! A copy or a photo is not accepted
- Minimum participant age: 18 years
- Previous experience riding a scooter is recommended. The tour leader reserves the right at his or her absolute discretion to terminate the participation of any rider who is unable to ride the Vespa safely.
- Vegetarian option is available, but we regret that gluten free or other alternative dietary requirements cannot be catered for
- The type pf Vespa you will be driving is automatic with no gears
- Menu for lunch is bruschetta, pasta and a cheese and salami board
- Pregnant travelers cannot participate to this activity
- We request to sign a waiver for damages incurred to the vehicle because of customer negligence or error while driving. Only third party insurance is included
