We took the full day D-day tour. I’m so glad that we took a tour instead of attempting to see it ourselves. There’s so much more value/information/sites when you take the tour. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us nonstop, fascinating strategic information as well as some individual stories of heroism, and was able to answer all of my random questions. Free time for lunch in st mere Église was an added bonus. The amount of time at each stop was perfect. He kept us on schedule. Pick up/drop off was at our hotel (Villa Lara, also highly recommend). Nothing negative to say, highly recommend.!

Outstanding tour. Included Omaha and Utah beaches, American Cemetery, Point du Hoc, St Mere Eglise, Battle of Normandy Museum and roadside markers/memorials. Our guide, Matthew was extremely knowledgeable.

We enjoyed an invigorating and educational experience while touring six significant D-Day sights on the coast of Normandy. Our host had extensive knowledge to compliment his great sense of humor. Everyone appreciated his work to make our day memorable & fun.

This was a great tour for people of all WWII knowledge levels. I am not a big history buff. I might know slightly more than the average American about the Normandy invasion because my husband is so into WWII, but not much more than average. My husband has a degree in history with a special interest in WWII. He wasn’t sure about doing a tour because he felt like he could guide a tour. But we both really enjoyed it. All the little stories and pointing out the little things like artillery and certain areas that things happened cannot be learned from history books and classes. Having an expert on location is a completely different experience. My husband learned a lot. It was also great to have a local who could drive us right down to a less touristy area on Omaha Beach. Walking on Omaha was one thing my husband really wanted to do because he had an uncle who landed there. We were on a long stretch of beach with maybe 6 other people. It was definitely a hidden gem. And our guide, Rethro, was great. Very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Our tour guide Marie led a fantastic tour of Gold Beach and Omaha Beach and other significant sites of the incredible accomplishments of the British and American soldiers, and of the soldiers of the Commonwealth. We also paid somber and sobering visits to the Commonwealth cemetery and the American cemetery, where Marie provided detailed and interesting information. Marie also gave us sufficient time for lunch at Port En Basin, and we had time to pick up delicious treats at a local bakery. Highly recommend Marie and Bayeux Shuttle.

Charlie was an outstanding guide. Not only did he know the immediate subject, he was knowledgeable about all sorts of other subjects, especially anything historical. You should pair him with your most knowledgeable customers.

Our tour guide, Fred was outstanding. He knew so much about WWII. It puts things in perspective when you see the actual places where we fought the war. The American cemetery was quite beautiful and moving. The low pass jet fly over is something that I will never forget. It was 9-11.

Our tour guide Charles LIDDELL was fantastic: very informative, dry sense of British humor, and when not knowing the answer to some offbeat questions he told us he didn't know and then tried to look it up during the trip. He was also the driver (a comfortable 9-seater minivan) so that the whole tour felt quite intimate. We went to 5 different places -- each fascinating in its own way, with some free time spent at a couple of them. Altogether, giving him and the tour 5 stars isn't enough!!

I had a fantastic day with my very knowledgable guide, Robin, and came away with so much information. I was the only person on the tour that day (hats off to the company for not cancelling me) so I really had a private tour. I would book the tour again without hesitation
