Hidden Kyoto E-Bike Journey: Uncover Secret Gems

i really enjoyed this experience -- traveling by e-bike allowed us to cover a lot of ground and see parts of Kyoto that i otherwise never would have. our tour guide, Sean, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and shared a wealth of knowledge about Kyoto sites and histories. if you do this tour, make sure to stop by the mackeral ramen spot around the corner afterwards (thanks to Sean for that recommendation too)

We thoroughly enjoyed our bike tour with Michael. This was our 2nd Noru tour in Kyoto and we loved both. We learned some new tips from Michael that made exploring more parts of Kyoto on our own more even more interesting!

Unforgettable experience! Our guide, Michael, was a Japanese history teacher and brought all that knowledge to the tour. He took us to some out of the way places that were truly hidden gems. I was nervous about biking but no need. There was nothing too scary and Michael stuck close to me and made sure I was doing okay. So appreciative for this whole experience?

We had a great time on this tour! We saw some amazing sights in the less busy spots of Kyoto and it was all just such an amazing experience. Our tour guide Shawn was a a fun and knowledgeable guide and provided interesting history in each spot we visited. It was a highlight of our trip!

I had a good time with NORU Bike Tours. Our tour guide Shaun was a cool guy and was very knowledgable about the areas that we visited. Shaun was able to explain to us the history of temples, buildings and areas of Kyoto I had not been to before, and knew the streets very well. Shaun was very patient with the tour group, even though we were strapped for time. I had never ridden an ebike before (only push bikes), but it was a cool experience as the electric motor boosted me along as I pedaled! The part where we went up the mountain/hill then went on the downhill through the forest area was my favourite part. Thanks Shaun for guiding me around Kyoto on the bike tour!

The ride was fantastic, educational and fun. Our guide, Sean was very knowledgeable and energetic! Everyone should book this tour at the beginning of visiting Kyoto because you come away with lots of valuable information about the temples, culture, religions, political history of Shogun, Geisha and more!

Yuta was the best guide… we learnt so much about Japanese culture and had so much fun too. The bikes were brilliant! Yuta knows the best places to go, we really felt like we saw plenty of ‘hidden’ spots. Thank you so much to Yuta!
