I took a first time solo trip and I always wanted to do snorkel was always scared but I decided I will try it out. So the hotel I was staying in gave me some information and I immediately booked. I wasn’t to sure how I was going to feel going into this alone but when we arrived the boat we got on was Palilu and I was so scared for I don’t do boats. I can say I had the BEST EXPERIENCE of my life! The captain Renato was absolutely amazing he made sure I over came my fear but wasn’t pushed to do it either. He found out it was my birthday and I was alone and made it even more special, everyone sang happy birthday and all I can say…..WOW!! it was just so amazing. I’m taking another trip very soon with this exact team again. There are NO DISAPPOINTS!!!

Amazing, I enjoyed this tour! Rena and his crew members were wonderful, courteous, and friendly. The food was great as well, I meet so many people from all over and enjoyed the company, I can truly say this experience was a 10/10!

The trip on the Palilu was amazing. Renato and the staff was excellent, very attentive, supportive and fun. They ensured we had a fun and safe trip.

What an amazing excursion! Renato was great! He made sure we all had the best experience on the Palilu!! Captain Lalo, sailors Fau and Pepe were amazing as well! This crew made our day!! I highly recommend the Palilu!!

The crew was so friendly and made the entire experience fun! The snorkeling over the reef was amazing and definitely my favorite part. We got to relax and swim in at the beach for a while and it was beautiful! I would do this trip again in a heart beat and change nothing.

Me and my boyfriend went on the boat Palilu with Renato and his crew and we had the best time. The snorkeling was amazing and we took an additional dip in the water when we were closer to shore. Everyone was so nice attentive to details and celebrations of the people on the boat. We had a lot of fun!

We had such a great time on the Palilu boat with our hosts Renato, Captain Lalo, and sailors Fau and Pepe!! They always made sure we had snacks and that our cups were full!:) the beaches we went to were beautiful and the snorkeling experience was so much fun!! Definitely recommend sailing with this crew you will have the best time!

Such an incredible catamaran experience! The entire crew was fantastic and you can truly tell they love what they do. A special shoutout to Renato, who was an amazing host. Extremely attentive, warm, funny, and always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. His energy really elevated the experience. Captain Lalo and sailors Fau and Pepe were professional, friendly, and made the trip feel smooth and safe. The boat, PALILU, was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and well organized from start to finish. Highly recommend this trip, I would absolutely do it again!

What an amazing experience this is!! My Bestie and I had so much fun!! Don’t second guess, book the trip!! The staff is wonderful!! All of them!! The music was on point and Renato Kept this party happening!!

An amazing experience, Rena, The boat was Palilu . What a Great experience, the crew was outstanding in showing our family a spectacular time on the boat as well as the information about Cancun. Would do this trip again again next time we are here
