Please feel completely safe with our zip lines which cover the highest safety worldwide standards. We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products. The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs. It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV. All our vans are sanitized daily, we are a certified company in Quintana Roo. Accommodations were great. I personally dislike ATV but everything else was great. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Had a great time. Alan was our tour guide and was very informative. Be sure to pack a snack and water. It's gonna be a long day if you do all the excursions.

We had a blast, the cenote is so cool, Omar was a great tour guide and made the trip memorable for sure. Zip lining and atv'ing through the jungle was great

Tony and Raul were amazing. Zip lining ATV horseback riding and swimming in the cenote. Very fun experience. Mucho recomiendo.

Great experience ! Lot’s of fun. Worth the money I recommend. But do not take the VIP pack, the normal one is more than enough !

Tony and Raul were amazing. Very attentive, punctual and organized. We had a great time during all of the activities. Instructions were clear and concise.
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
- In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department
- ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra Insurance fee
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.

Redemption
Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old and above. If you are not coming in pairs please reserve 2 bookings, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service, if you book 1 double service for 3 people or odd group you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person who will have to go in simple service. Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS, 270 pounds for ziplines. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.24 hours before travel date - 100% refund
