Gustavo was super knowledgeable and lead a great tour. We learned so much and got to see a great overview of The Alhambra and Generalife. Only negative is that we booked a small group tour (no more than 10 people) but there were actually 25 on our tour, not the experience we were expecting.

Absolutely incredible experience. Gustavo was a wonderful guide with a lot of knowledge, and the Alhambra is a must see experience.

Great experience. Fernando, our guide was exceptional. Knowledgeable, funny, and compelling in his painting a picture of life at Alhambra. Generally not “tour people”, but so happy we were a part of this one.

We really enjoyed our tour ,it was well organised and our guide Antonio V was full of information and very engaging. We had access to all parts of the Alhambra including the palace which we thought was the highlight . After the tour we were able to walk around the gardens on our own. We were on the 10 o'clock tour and it was quieter then .Definitely recommend this tour and check when booking you have all access to the site as you don't want to miss out .

Because of the popularity of the Alhambra Complex, there will be a massive crowd of group tours starting around the same time. Almost taking the same route. Our guide tried her best to give us some time to savour the areas and take pictures. However, the Nasrid palace and Alcazaba is time entry i think and you can only go in there once. Once you are out, you cannot go back. It is the most coveted areas of the Albambra complex so you will not have the time to enjoy/savour the areas. Again, our guide tried her best to give us pertinent information. If you are a kind of traveller who likes to soak and enjoy in the moment, this is not for you. You will have to juggle in between listening to the guide (english then spanish or vice versa), take pictures, go through or against the crowds then enjoy the moment… take your pick. LOL The rest of the complex, you are able to go in and out… like the Generalife etc.. you can stay there until it closes. There are lots of resting areas with shade, kiosk for drinks, food, snack etc. It can be very hot mid day so be ready. 5 pm it gets nicer! Less crowds. My tip is if you want to enjoy an area, take nice photos or just enjoy it without every other tourist in Granada trying to do the same thing or take the same shot, try the afternoon. 4 pm onwards. I got to enjoy the Generalife in peace and it was such a beautiful moment. No crowds, no social media influencers trying to get the perfect shot over and over again. Undortunately, you will not be able to do that in the Alcazaba and Nasrid palace unless you purchase your ticket from the official website.. There are pros and cons of getting a guided visit. Bring your passport! They will need to scan it for security purposes (apparently there are some threats of terrorism and of course to control ticket scalpers).

Carlos was our guide for an interesting tour through the magnificent Alhambra. His knowledge is extended and he flavors his explanations with jokes. We highly recommend doing this tour with him!

Brilliant Guide, well paced and informative, timed perfectly to avoid the worst of the crowds. A wonderful day out

The tour was well done. The guide started promptly and was well versed in the history and culture associated with Alhambra. She was considerate in answering all questions and gave the group opportunities for photos. We would recommend this tour to our friends

Excellent tour by Carlos. It was hot and crowded, but he did a good job of showing the group Alhambra and keeping us entertained with stories about the history of the site.
