If you only have one day to visit Rome, we recommend this tour as a way to do. We were able to see every sight on our list, and a few more on the driver's list. He really knew how to work his way about town! Us adults older and younger enjoyed the blessings of this tour.

We booked this excursion for our very first Mediterranean trip and cruise, and it completely exceeded every expectation! I can’t imagine a better or more exciting way to see Rome. Matt was absolutely phenomenal, part historian, part magician behind the wheel. He somehow managed to get us unbelievably close (sometimes impossibly close!) to all of Rome’s iconic landmarks and hidden gems. His knowledge, charm, and effortless driving made the day unforgettable. Every moment felt curated just for us. It was, without question, the most incredible day of our entire trip!

The trip covered many of the major highlights in Rome. Did not cover entry fees to them but that was ok as the tourist numbers were huge. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had lunch at a Restaurant which was great. The trip was about 1.5 hours each way from the port but the ride was good.

My husband and I had the most delightful day exploring Rome with our driver and guide, Matt. We had only one free day before our cruise started and this was the perfect way to see Rome. Matt was so knowledgeable, a great driver through some difficult streets, and was just such a pleasant person that he made the day a memorable one. Highly recommend!

What a great tour! Small group- 8 of us. Saw everything you could want to see in Rome. Saw Xircus Maximus, the Colliseum, St Paul's outside the walks. Took a picture of the dome of St. Peters thru a peephole in a door together the name. Visited the square outside the Vatican. Driver even found us a neat little restaurant for a delicious lunch. Driverinrome tours Driver Loretta knew the best ways to get around the city. Would heartily recommend this tour to everyone.

What an absolutely fabulous tour! If you want to hit the highlights of Rome without fighting the crowds and traffic yourself, this tour is for you! Our driver Costinel was wonderful and knowledgeable about Rome. He was able to take us as close as he could to the sites in the van, so less walking. Costinel gave us times to meet back at the van to move to the next stop. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see it all without the stress of walking or fighting crowds.

We’ve done very many small-group tours during multiple cruises, and this was truly our very best EVER. Riccardo was an amazing, personable, knowledgeable guide who interacted with us constantly to show us nearly 10 spectacular sites in Rome, during a single day (9 hours). He guided us throughout in recommending a wonderful itinerary.

Carlo, Our Guide was incredible. He was very easy to find knowledgeable excellent driver and a great personality. Highly recommend this tour if you don't want to walk the city all day but see everything. Tell them you want Carlo.

The Guide Matt picked us up at the ship the whole day was smooth sailing he was very professional very well read and informative he was also very accommodating. The itinerary was well balanced giving sufficient free time at key sites to explore further and take photographs. Absolutely recommend this trip with this guide. SKY
