Alhambra is a very interesting and picturesque place however there are too many people and my audio guide quality was poor especially the volume where it was difficult to hear the narrative. It would be possible to read but I guess that's not the point of an audio guide as it distracts from the presence. I advise you to check the volume of the audio guide before leaving the shop.

Its nice to visit, but definitely not worth the money. Audio was useless, there was no numbers to follow. Over rated in my opinion.

Our ticket time was changed from 10 am to 4 pm the day before so we had to make adjustments to our other planned activities. Also had difficulty finding the ticket supplier’s office space. The walk through was great as was the audio guide.

Purchasing the ticket was confusing as I assumed my entrance to the palace would be at 2pm. However, when I arrived to get the ticket it was apparently scheduled for 6pm. I couldn't do this as I had to return to the bus at 4.45pm.

It was great having the app on our phones. Needed to temporarily switch off auto lock to prevent it stopping every 30 seconds. The entrance to the nasrid palaces was a time slot but after that could spend the rest of the day seeing the rest. We booked 11am for the palaces (collect the ticket and audio guide password at 10:30 tomorrow have time to walk to the palace entrance queue.

This was a truly excellent experience, the scale of the site was amazing. The audio guide added context and atmosphere. It showed a range of styles and cultures side by side. Absolutely beautiful architecture and attention to detail. The gardens and waterways are beautifully maintained. We spent about 4 hours visiting, a certain level of fitness is therefore required, especially to visit the towers but still okay to stay on the flat if required.

Well worth a visit. Entry ticket 10am but Nazrad palace entry not till 5pm. Not notified of late time prior to our arrival. Very disappointing as we couldn’t stay to visit

This place is beautiful. Amazing architecture, spectacular gardens. Repeated checking of passport and tickets annoying.

I would have given 5 stars but due to poor email communication with the provider I can only give 4 stars. The lady we dealt with at customer ticket pick up point was brilliant and very helpful. Alhambra was a fabulous place and would highly recommend this tour.
