Ultimate KL Views: Petronas & KL Tower Skip-the-Line Access

It says skip the line but that’s not true. You will queue like the others even those who have not bought their tickets already. I wasted a whole 20 on the line.

Had a fantastic day and would encourage people to book in advance. The views were wonderful and the staff brilliant,photo opportunities good.

The views were brilliant. I had just taken photos then it bounced down with rain. So we all had to leave. We could hav used our ticket the next day but we were moving on.

The price is not worth the view. It is better to pick one of the two (either Petronas Towers or KL Tower) for going up. I would prefer KL Tower as view is 360. There is no actual skip the line - it just buying the ticket online and you end up standing in a line to get up anyways. The guide is telling 5 sentences about the Petronas towers. And that info can easily be found in google. Customer service poor. Would not recommend.

Our guide, Amir, helped us with securing our tickets and was waiting for us when we were done. The sights from the top of the 88th floor were awesome! Well organized.

We paid for a skip the line tour but on both locations we had to join the waiting lines to start our visit. So not sure why we paid for a skip the line when there is no such thing.

I think ample time was given to enjoy the experience. On the bridge there are two spaces with unobstructed views to take photos.

I missed my scheduled time (my fault) and forfeited my ticket. But I went anyway a bit late. I got in at the normal ticket counter with a 15 minute wait (mid-day Wednesday), no problem. Cost was about $12 USD. "Skip the line" seems to charge extra for nothing, at least for this time slot.

If you do not want to risk wating for many hours I strongly recommend to book ahead. It is still good to be there sometime ahead of your schedule, say 20 minutes. Your tour starts with going up to the bridge between two to towers. And then continues up to the observation deck. Your view is of course spectacular, especially from the observation level. It is also interesting to look down just in front of the tower. You do not get much time on eighter level.
