We went here big family day out was amazing! Was quite empty so no Que for slides etc was amazing! Was great fun for the family! Only thing is u can’t take food or juice in with you and the food is quite poor and expensive! It was £30 for two burger n chips and a small drink the burger wasn’t very nice but it filled a spot I suppose! Staff amazing everyone happy and nice. Shower facility’s and lockers great day out!

Our day out was brilliant. We have a 2 and a just 8 year old. The park was great fun for us. The kids played all day. There are 2 ring slides and 3 no ring slides including an aquabowl. The park is so well maintained (can't understand some of the recent reviews saying its run down, it absolutely isn't). You can hire a key code locker for €6 for the day. Contactless payment used. The food has good options such as burgers, nuggets etc. But very expensive seeing as though you have to eat here. A nugget meal was €16 which is excessive given mainly children would be eating this. Kids meals should be selling for no more than €8 with a drink. Other than this, it's a great day out for a family, including teenagers (again people saying their kids got bored, not sure why as we found it fun as adults). Would visit again, just as long as the kids food prices are lowered.

Had this as part of the hotel. It is very small but we found it good for kids. Slides are all fantastic and the lazy river is great. Wave pool water is baltic but fine once your in.

Firstly, be aware that the advertised package from Fuerteventura is misleading. When we arrived using the free bus to the park and showed the receptionist our ticket, we asked him what time we needed to be back for the return bus. He told us 3pm. When we came back at 3pm, the same man told us our tickets didn't include a return bus to the ferry port - only the ferry, bus to park, entrance and return ferry - and we would need to get a local bus or taxi. It would be better if this was made more clear during the booking process and staff are given better training when asked direct questions, so they may answer more accurately. There were no public buses at 3pm, so this made it very difficult for a group of seven with a 3 year old and an 8 year old recovering from Perthes (medical condition where he has two cracked hip joints). The park itself is good and bad. Whilst there are five advertised slides and they are all open, adults and children were getting stuck in the AquaTube and the AquaSlide, so only three of them were effectively working. Also, whilst there were parts of the AquaSlide where you do slide, the repairs in the joins haven't been filed down properly and there's a significant bump. This means the experience is that you're either sliding at a decent speed and getting caught on the bad repairs, or getting stuck in the bottom section and pushing yourself to the end. That said, our 10 year old and 8 year old absolutely loved the two slides with the rings as well as the wave pool and our 3 year old enjoyed the lazy river. Food is what you'd expect and decent enough, but a bit expensive (€15 for chicken nuggets and chips). However, it's similar to what you'd get at a theme park at home. The day was soured by the travel issues, and had we known about the bus at the start of the day, we would have spent more time at the park, probably have spent some money inside the shop and bought ice creams as well, instead of rushing to get a non existent bus at 3pm. There's enough there to keep you entertained for 3-4 hours for kids aged up to about 12 (our 10 year old was gutted we had to leave), but the issues with the slides need looking at to create a better experience.

It’s a good couple of hours fun, not a whole day. We went in December so it wasn’t a busy time, so we were able to go on everything we wanted without queuing.

We booked online with the free transport from Puerto de Carmen. When we arrived at the park we were told the return bus would depart at 3pm, which felt very early and reduced the value for money of the day out. There are limited slides, we often go to Tenerife and visit Siam park. Aqua lava is very poor in comparison, the wave pool is small and only operates every hour. The lazy river rings are too small and therefore become unstable for many guests, this takes the lazy out of this feature. Many guest including myself and my daughter hit their heads on the sides as the rings toppled over. There are a few other slides but these are underwhelming and limited. The park has no sun loungers, just reclined chairs, however these are plentiful. In all it was a pretty underwhelming day out and really should be marketed and priced as a half day out.

Some of the slides was very slow I had to push my self down all the way though and the wave pool isn't to bad it is a little bit warm but on the sign it says there is heated pools but the lazy river and other pools was so cold . I'd recommend for you to be ready for how cold it is !

Well this place is now 27 euro or 20 euro for 2pm till 5pm! Hone up 6 euro in a year for the afternoon ticket 🤣Place is rubbish for this money! Slides rough and you hurt your back using them.. wave pool never on..freezing water. Just an allround ru down place so dont waste your money!

This place is great, our children are 17, 9 and 7. We spent all day here. Food is pricey BUT no more than what you would expect and the portion sizes were good! It's clean, lifeguards always walking around somewhere and staff were friendly. Great day out, our kids didn't want to leave!

My little boy didn’t want to leave, the place itself was great. However the food was awful, and heavily overpriced.
