Unforgettable Nagarkot Sunrise: Scenic Hike & Himalayan Views

We had a great time on this walk with Madan. Making it to the sunrise and seeing the Himalayas was incredible. The walk also took us around local areas and temples. Madan was very informative and made our day a great experience. Definitely recommend this day trip and Madan.

This was one of the best day trips I’ve done. Amazing, immersive experience and my guide Shishir was awesome. Sunrise, traditional Nepalese breakfast if you would like to try and an amazing hike. I loved it. Highly recommended if you have a day to explore.

Such a fantastic day. Shishir was an amazing guide and so knowledgeable and answered our never ending questions . A beautiful start at the Sunrise. A wonderful traditional local breakfast .. we were given all the options from western hotel to local. Then a slow gentle mostly downhill walk through villages and forest. The driver accompanying us was so skilled, safe and polite . Highly recommended

Such a great experience! Shanti arrived early to pick me up and we set off with our great driver to watch the sunrise. Blessed by good conditions, it was a beautiful start to the day. Shanti was very knowledgeable and generous with her information and also care, accommodating my requirements. I had a great morning and it was a highlight of my trip to Nepal. Highly recommended.

The guide Som was very helpful and knowledgeable, he catered to my needs when I needed a break which was very understanding of him. You do need to be able to walk 13 klm’s and it is mostly downhill. Enjoyed walking through the villages early morning to watch their daily routines but crossing the suspension bridge was the highlight of the trip.

The tour begins with an early morning drive to a mountain top above Kathmandu to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas. Then we had a good breakfast in a small neighborhood restaurant and started the hike. Shishir was very good guide and very knowledgeable about the different areas we walked through. The hike was went through small farming villages, forests and ended at the beautiful Changu Temple. Along the way Shishir shared many stories about what we were seeing. We also had driver for tour and was very good I felt safe with him at the wheel. I definitely recommend this tour.
