Epic 3-Country Day Trip: France, Andorra, Spain from Barcelona

Our guide, Nu, was one of the best we have had on any tour. She provided enough commentary to make the drive interesting without overdoing it. At each stop she was clear about what to expect and meeting times after the walking tour section. Hats off to our driver. The roads from Barcelona to Andorra are very twisty and she drove them beautifully. Andorra itself is a letdown unless you just want to shop, but the other stops were more interesting, making the whole trip worthwhile.

Nu and Lydia was amazing, Nu was very informative and was able to give us good ideas for Barcelona. Recommend! Especially if you need to burn a day

Scenery was great. Our tour guide, Pablo, was outstanding. We went to Bagà, Spain, then Thèrmès, France, then Andorra, and back to Barcelona. Highly recommended.

This was a great tour. The guide Alex was excellent. He was social, explained things in Spanish and English and made everyone feel at ease with his sense of humor and attentiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The drive was very scenic!

Alex was very informative within the itineraries of this tour from start to finish. Baga and Ax le Therme were great towns but Andorra was underrated and wished we had more time to explore rather than shopping. However, best recommended as we got our passports stamped in Andorra!

Very early start and a lot of wasted time. Told to arrive early but the tour guide arrived later. It took seven hours to get to Andorra and only three hours on the way back. We only had one hour in Andorra which was not enough time. We stopped at two places on the way to Andorra. My feedback would be to spend less time at the two places on the way to Andorra. We were also mortified as an elderly couple were left in Andorra to make their own way back to Barcelona as they were late to the meeting point in Andorra. The guide was knowledgeable and driver was safe but a lot of wasted time getting to Andorra and not enough time spent in Andorra.

She was super, explaining everything clearly before we started and giving us engaging mini-updates throughout the day. She presented history in an interesting way and shared a lot of fun facts and stories that I will definitely remember. Her warm personality, knowledge, and interactive style created such a positive vibe. She personally checked in with everyone during the day, which made the experience feel welcoming, even when traveling solo. A big thank you to Berta—you were fantastic! ​Driver also did an amazing job. The drive was smooth, even in the rain, and there was no speeding. The bus was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had enough pit stops, so the journey never felt like too much time spent on the road. ​ Location Highlights ​The itinerary was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Spanish town of Baga, the stop in the French town of Ax-les-Thermes, and Andorra, which is truly beautiful and absolutely worth visiting. The drive there was also very good and scenic. ​I absolutely loved this tour and highly recommend this tour operator, especially for solo travelers! ​ Personal Suggestions for Improvement ​ ​I would love to see an additional stop in the mountains for an hour to fully appreciate the stunning scenery.
