We purchased the London Eye fast pass 3 months before our visit. I'm so glad we did. We didn't have to set a time, especially since we had a morning tour. You walk right up & hop on with the next group. Completely worth it. The views were incredible, even if it rained a bit. Highly recommend.

My mum has always wanted to go on the London Eye, even though I didn’t really buy the hype when I went on it as a child. Today, we had the BEST experience thanks to David, Woody & Richard who helped make my mum’s 60th special. We had a whole pod to ourselves, and really appreciated the wonderful opportunity. Fast track is worth it too - we were in a pod in MINUTES!

Really nice time together as a family , would of been nicer to stop at the top for a little longer. Enjoy the experience. Fast track was the way to go as the lines were very long

This is a good expense if the normal line is long. However, the normal line was only a few people longer than the fast track line so we didn't get a huge benefit from it. I recommend waiting until you get there to see the lines before you buy the tickets. Overall, easy process and we did get in a bit faster.

Fast track flex pass was perfect. We arrived around 5:30 and I was nervous we were cutting it close, but the line was very short and we had a beautiful experience during the golden hour.

I was not able to get the tickets through email or the app due to circular issues with the app and forcing me to log in to emails that I don’t have and aren’t connected with my account (apple or outlook). Lost our fast pass place and had to go stand in line at the venue to which they couldn’t help me because I decided to book through a third party. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because your customer support line answered and was able to finally email my husband a pdf of the tickets. Really disappointing
