Fes Airport: Your Private, Seamless Hotel Welcome

We had a great experience using this company for both airport transfers and accommodation in Fes. My partner, my 18 year old daughter and I were picked up at the airport on time, despite being late at night and our flight being 2 hours late. Our driver Tahir, was waiting for us and was nothing but welcoming, friendly and helpful. He drove us to our accommodation which was right in the Medina district of Fes. Tahir parked his very luxurious WV minibus as close as he could to our accommodation, and walked us there (noone can really drive into the Medina district as streets are way too small for modern cars) helping us with bags in the short walk. The accommodation was clean, spacious and it had a wonderful roof terrace with a great view of Medina. Absolutely worderful for both, sun rises and sun sets. Its also a perfect place for anyone who wish to relax and/or do some work online. On our last day, we forgot to book a taxi. In panic, we called Tahir, who was on another job, 2 hours drive out of town!! He sorted us a driver and a very nice brand new vehicle, in no time. I couldn't praise Tahir and his team enough for their effort, punctuality and professionalism. Keep up the great work guys. You have made our time in Fez a memorable experience! Thank you so much.

I booked via booking.com not really knowing what to expect. Then my flight from the UK was severely delayed but the driver Tarik waited and took me safely to my Riad. He also arranged my Chefchaouen day trip. Very responsive, kind and friendly. Highly recommended.
