This experience is truly worth it. The sights from the gondola journey and on the sulphur mountain were truly amazing. I had to reschedule my timing to a later part of the day. JR helped me out and it was sorted out quickly.

Fun! It was Halloween so we got candy at every turn! Everyone was happy and helpful and dressed in costume.

Very enjoyable ride up and back. Absolutely stunning 360 degree views. Loved the seating and firepit too! Don’t miss it!

Amazing experience at the Banff Gondola! The ride up Sulphur Mountain was absolutely breathtaking — stunning panoramic views of Banff, the Bow Valley, and surrounding peaks. The gondola itself was smooth and comfortable, and the summit boardwalk was well maintained with plenty of great photo spots. We also enjoyed the interpretive centre and café at the top. Definitely one of the must-do attractions in Banff — worth every minute!

Riding the Banff Gondola was one of the highlights of our trip! The views from the top of Sulphur Mountain were absolutely breathtaking — you can see the entire Banff town, the Bow Valley, and endless mountain peaks covered in snow. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, and it only took a few minutes to reach the summit. At the top, we explored the boardwalk leading to the Cosmic Ray Station — every step offered a new, stunning angle for photos. The interpretive center and the café were also great spots to relax and take in the scenery. If you’re visiting Banff, this experience is definitely worth it. Try to go on a clear day for the best panoramic views, and don’t forget to bring your camera!

The Banff Gondola Ride was such a fun and easy experience! We took the bus from downtown Banff, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The views from the top are absolutely amazing, and there are beautiful, well-kept trails to explore once you’re up there. It was super convenient to change our return time since we wanted to stay longer and soak it all in. With food and drinks available at the summit, we even enjoyed a cold beer in a lounge chair before heading back down. The perfect ending to a perfect day!

Fun day spent at the top of the mountain. Make sure you visit all the floors and take the hike to the cosmic ray station. Beautiful views in every direction.

I was provided wonderful service from Lachy and Gandi. They helped me change my schedule time for my gondola when my family was visiting so helpful and kind. It was amazing customer service provided by them and I am truly grateful because I am a local residence. Warm Regards Claire Rashleigh

Words and pictures will never be enough to describe this once-in-a-lifetime experience! The ride itself was smooth and offered amazing views of the rocky mountains and lush evergreen forests. At the top of the sulphur mountain, the views and scenery were spectacular and the photos didn’t do them justice. One should never leave Banff without doing the gondola ride!
