Departure from Rome for a full-day tour to Florence, the “Cradle of the Renaissance” and Pisa where you will see “Piazza dei Miracoli” with its famous Leaning Tower (external visit) and you will visit the Baptistery and the “Duomo”, all monuments in shining white marble. At 12 pm departure toward Florence, the legendary city of artists and architects from the 14th to 17th centuries. Stop for lunch. Around 2:30 pm meet with your professional guide for a walking tour of Florence, visit the masterpieces by Leonardo Da Vinci, Botticelli and Michelangelo, including the famous David located inside at the “Accademia”. See the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with its beautiful dome projected by Brunelleschi and admire the Baptistery as well as Giotto’s Bell Tower. The tour ends with a breathtaking view from “Piazzale Michelangelo”, a superb panoramic view of the Tuscan capital, including “Ponte Vecchio”, Arno River and the “Duomo”.

The tour guide Nariman was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and sincere in ensuring we are having an enjoyable time with our tour. His energy was amazing which made the whole experience extra ordinary and memorable. Our driver, Massimiliano was also great! Always on-time, respectful and smooth with his driving. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

The transportation and our driver and guide assistant in the van were good. We had a nice experience in Pisa, but once we arrived in Florence the tour felt VERY rushed. The museum with the Statue of David was incredible, but we were there for maybe 20 minutes. The guide told us the rest of the art there was unimportant and not worth looking at, which I found to be a ridiculous statement. Each stop after felt like a mad dash through the city for photo opportunities, and we had no time to appreciate what we were looking at. The guides also did a bad job of keeping the group together. We always felt like we were getting lost in crowds. Overall this didn’t feel worth it, and Florence is something you need more than a day trip to see.

It was a long drive for the little time you spend in each place. Don't expect to spend much time seeing Pisa. Florence was nice but again not much time getting to see things. Definitely recommend more than 1 day there.

Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Elizabeth went out of her way to show us a great time. We were given ample free time to explore and take pictures. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great day spent with great tour guides. Anna and Emilo were exceptional and the restaurant they took us was delicious! They were very acomodating and attentive to everyone's needs. Transportaion was comfortable and spacious. Trip started on time and ended on time. Only wish we could of seen a bit more of Florence like another museum maybe.

It is a very long drive to Pisa and back so you don’t have a long time there. If you want to go up to the top of the tower, be sure to tell your guide and you might need to break away to have enough time to do it. It is $20 euros per person to do it, a lot of stairs to climb, but the view is amazing. Angela/Malak was wonderful.

I really enjoyed the Pisa and Florence trip — it was such a great experience. Everything was well-organized and perfect. The tour guides were amazing, especially Artur, Teresa, and Emiliano. It was a packed, but very well planned day. Logistics were impeccable. For someone new to Italy and based in Rome, and not wanting to figure out planning and travel logistics, this tour was perfect. Talk about maximizing time…yes, a lot of time on the road, but still pleasant to relax and not have to figure out how to get where. Got to see Pisa and Florence and enjoy a pleasant lunch in Florence. The tour of Florence was fantastic. If I come back in the future, I’ll probably take the hi-speed train to Florence, but the 2-hr tour of the accademia and key sights and history that Eduardo gave was just perfect for me and my daughter. Long day, but day well spent. And best of all, did not need to plan a thing!

It was a great tour. Every site mentioned was visited. It was not rushed we were given enough time to go around take pictures and enjoy the area. Nicholas our tour guide was good. He made sure we had time to eat breakfast lunch and restroom breaks without rushing.
