From Padua: Euganean Hills Wine & Olive Oil Odyssey

We had a great time! The olive oil tasting was very unique. The winery was a beautiful, family owned and operated vineyard.

Fantastic experience. Chiara is very knowledgeable and friendly. We were the only ones booked on so had a private tour. The views were great and it was very interesting to see the process for both olive oil and wine. The tastings were obviously the most important bit and delicious. Roberto explained the difference between the oils well, We had 6 oils and the difference between them was very stark. The wines were all wonderful and well chosen with some aperitivo to go with them. Elena is lovely, a great character and explained the wines very well. It was a very fun afternoon.

We had a wonderful morning tasting olive oil and wine with Chiara. It was especially nice to learn about olive oil and how to tell a good one. The wine tasting was fabulous as well.

Unbelievable team, punctuality and wonderful winery. The tour was well planned and the kindness of the tour leader was really fine and enjoyable. Camilla was knowledgeable and knew how to manage every request. I recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed getting out in the countryside and the scenery was picture perfect. The olive mill was moderately interesting and we loved the winery and wine tasting experience. Our guide answered our questions and pointed out places of interest.

Wine tour was well done as the vitner was very hospitable and answered everyones questions. Was a little disappointed in the olive tour. Did not see groves, processing, etc.

I highly recommend this tour. Camilla was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. The winery and olive oil producer were both small, high quality operations with excellent and unique products to taste and buy, with prices also very reasonable. I am sure that all of the Lovivo experiences would be equally high quality, and I certainly would have done another tour with them if I had more time in Padova. Thanks for a great tour Camilla! 🤗

We had a wonderful afternoon on a private party version of this itinerary. Interesting sights, very friendly and knowledgeable guide, terrific selection of activities and well-paced. Very highly recommended!

We had an excellent trip round the area. The olive oil tasting was interesting and the winery was owned by a sweet couple producing excellent wine. I would just consider for the guide to use a microphone in the car.

We truly enjoyed this tour and the opportunity to visit the beautiful winery and olive grove. Set in the stunning Euganean hills, it was great to get a glimpse (and a taste) of the family traditions that make these products so special. Camilla was a great tour guide, adding color, fun facts, and including scenic areas to fully enjoy the beauty of the area - all while leading the tour in English and German. Highly recommend!
