There’s quite a bit of walking if you want to see all the sites. Some drivers were great (funny & super informative) & others not very friendly or helpful.

We were on trolley 120 with Hugo, our driver. He was very informative and had a good sense of humor as well. He helped us take advantage of the walking portions of the tour to see the most during our stay in Boston.

Hugo and Jesse are great tour guides! They made the ride fun, interesting and light hearted! Nice, little trolley and takes you all around the important landmarks in Boston. Highly recommend to always do a hop on, hop off tour to get a high overview of the place you’re visiting. It’s also great as a transport tool since there’s a lot of walking involved in between.

Excellent way to see the highlights in the city. Drivers/tour guides are very knowledgeable and give you such insight into the city’s history. For cruise travelers, the pickup spots are far from cruise terminal. You will need to taxi or Uber to one of the stops.

Hugo was the best. Entertaining, funny, and informative. Did not get off the bus because we loved him so much we did not want to change narrators!

Terrific informational and entertaining tours. Two different guides were quite well versed in their knowledge. Both Hugo and Joey exuded true love in their eccentric Bostonian fashions of their city and its revolutionary war history and significance. Highly recommend.

Love the tour…Jesse was great…very knowledgeable. He made the tour very enjoyable. If in Boston, this is the tour service you should use. Definitely recommend.

Cindy was very friendly. She was awesome. Is very knowledgeable about the city. Cindy ensured our safety and made sure we got off the correct stops. She even offered to take us back to north station because we had two kids and we needed to walk a little bit back to north station to caught our train. But we had plenty of time to do. But it was kind of her to offer. You can tell she enjoys her job!
