Ultimate Jamaica VIP: Fast-Track Entry & Luxury Lounge Escape

The lady that helped us was very friendly; the whole process was very smooth! It was great to bypass a LOT of the congestion of the customs area.

I purchased Club Mobay at MBJ airport in Jamaica. It was definitely worth the money on our departing trip. There is a designated lane to get through TSA and it was faster than the other lane for those w/o Mobay. The Club Mobay lounge is big and has a lot of seating. We had a reserved table and had enough time before our flight home to order two cocktails (they have a full bar) and take advantage of the buffet. The buffet had a nice variety of foods to choose from (green salad, beef patties, tiny chicken salad sandwiches, pasta salad, some sort of hot fish dish and many other items) as well as desserts. The food was very tasty. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the airport and relax with a cold martini! They have announcements that can clearly be heard while in the lounge, so that you won't miss your flight. Everyone was super friendly and our server brought us a round 2 of cocktails without us even asking! Can't beat that. On our incoming flight, the attendant that met us right after we got off the plane was friendly and amazing. She made sure we got through customs quickly, we got our bags so fast I didn't even realize it and she immediately directed us to our shuttle service so our bags could be held while we enjoyed the lounge. The lounge itself is slightly disappointing. It was not what I expected. It is quite small with few seats. There is a tiny bathroom (unisex). We were welcomed with rum punch which was excellent and our server was very nice. They had a menu of food options. The server is apparently also the chef, as he told us whatever we wanted to eat just let him know and he'd cook it for us. Unfortunately, we had just enough time to drink one rum punch and get one "to go" and had no time to eat since our shuttle to Sandals was ready to whisk us off to paradise. In short, I might not do Club Mobay for the incoming flight, although, it was very convenient to have a personal assistant to walk us through everything, it wasn't busy enough to really be an advantage. On busy days it would be more worth it. I will definitely do Club Mobay on the flight home, however, as there is a lot of downtime and, well....full bar and food! The cost far outweighs the price for airport food and is worth to me.

Got there and they told us they were all booked for the day. I got online, paid for a reservation, and then they had room. The food and drinks were good, everyone was friendly.

We used Club Mobay for our return flight home from Jamaica. The chairs were comfortable but I wish there were more outlets for charging and I didn't see any USB ports, although there might have been some. There was a nice selection of food and the quality was good. The service staff was excellent. Very attentive. The only comment is the bathroom facilities could have used an upgrade. All in all, I would give it a 9 out of 10.

Casandra is a genuine highlight to this experience. Beyond this, the whole staff vibe adoped by this setction of the departure lounge is a truly on another level.

Having to be at the airport 3 hours early for an international flight, my May as well do it in comfort! Air conditioning, light snacks and beverages all provided.

Friendly, accommodation was great. Could be more food selection but overall excellent. We had no issues at all and enjoyed relaxing after landing and before taking off.

The arrival service is definitely worth the cost if you appreciate your time. From the time we got off the plane, we were escorted through the whole customs process, retrieved our luggage, had a rum drink and were out of the airport in 15 minutes. There was a downside. Within a couple minutes of meeting our guide, Kimberly, from Club Mobay, she began to tell us how she was "disrespected" by a traveler earlier in the day who only tipped her a crumpled up one dollar bill. Whether it was true or fictional to prime me up for a good tip, it was I that was "disrespected" by this treatment. People in the hospitality business should never discuss gratuities with those in their care. Some people tip, some people don't - that is just the way it is. Despite her behavior, I still gave her a healthy tip for the good service. I hope she appreciated it.

Get tickets early don’t wait until the day of. Have you a driver or cab waiting for you so you don’t have to wait in line for someone to come get you try to get there early cause it does fill up real quick
