There were both highlights and areas that could be improved, which I’d like to share below. We booked our car through Mr. Raj, who was very professional and friendly. The car was new, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated that no deposit was required, which is very considerate and friendly for international travelers — definitely 5 stars for Mr. Raj himself! However, the driving experience during our trip was not as pleasant as expected. 1. The driver did not follow Google Maps and insisted on taking his own routes, which made the journey noticeably longer in both distance and time. 2. He tried to modify our planned itinerary several times, and when we preferred to stay with our schedule, he appeared impatient and spoke in a rather firm tone. 3. At one point, due to a misunderstanding about the day’s plan, the driver threw his phone in front of us and reacted emotionally, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience left us a bit uneasy. Overall, Mr. Raj’s company offers great cars and professional service, and I truly appreciate his helpfulness and transparency. I would simply suggest that the company enhance communication and driver training to ensure future guests enjoy a smoother and more comfortable journey.

Very good tour planner. I booked 5 days tour of agra jaipur delhi. They did fantastic job. All facilities were good, our team enjoyed very much. Driver Param is very nice guy during this trip we used Toyota crysta SUV, its very comfortable for the long journey and according to indian traffic.
