A amazing cruise! We (5 adults/3 rooms) went on a 3 days/2 nights cruise (Halong/Lan Ha) aboard the Au Co boat (from Oct. 23rd). Pick up us at our hotel in Hanoi with a luxury private van. This is my 2nd cruise on Halong Bay and it far overpasses the first! We are all delighted with this cruise cause it ticks all the boxes: - Marvellous Crew. - Beautiful, well-maintained Au Co big boat. - Organization without fail. - Excellent food. The whole team is caring and puts our well-being at the centre of their attention. Everything is done to allow you to enjoy the cruise with tranquility and pleasure. If you have an issue they can fix it! We also enjoyed the SPA and the amazing 360° view on the upper deck. Tai Chi in the early morning is also something to expérience. Don't miss it! The team is always ready to help us, whether on the boat or during visits. We think in particular about Sarah, who was extremely kind and caring, always friendly and nice. Kathy also left her mark on us with her humor and joie de vivre. And last but not least, Joy was able to orchestrate all these people with kindness but efficiency. Absolutely fantastic experience on board Au Co Cruise - great activities such as kayaking, visiting the caves. Really lovely and great staff (shout out to Katy who was fabulous throughout) and excellent food and drinks on board as well! Would highly recommend

Had a wonderful trip and well organised The crew and especially Tracey were amazing and the early morning Thi Chi During the cruise we experienced well planned visits to Various temples,and some amazing caves Onboard we had cooking classes which was well presented and participated in making “spring Rolls”! This crews comes highly recommended

A wonderful experience on the cruise through the beautiful Ha Long Bay scenery.I thoroughly enjoyed all the activities that Tracy (Hyung) arranged. I had never been kayaking before… The friendly and professional service that Tracy, Ben and their team provided made the journey a real pleasure!

Joy - the GM very organized, welcoming, great laugh. Auco 1 - great crew, comfortable, clean spacious rooms with good amenities. Great entertainment and activities organized, led by lively Staff- especially Katie- lively, full of energy, good laugh, great jokes- not a dull moment! Has good communication and interpersonal skills - multitaker. Great explanation given how to make Veg Spring rolls. She is asset to the team and deserve PAY RISE

Very enjoyable cruise. Comfortable cabin, nice food, amazing scenery and Site visits. The staff were particularly attentive and friendly. I don't remember all their names but Sara and TIen I remember as being especially enthusiastic . In my opinion, the staff made our experience that bit more special. So a thank you from us to them and their team for their dedication.

We had an amazing 3 days 2 nights private cruise experience at Halong Bay. Everything from the moment we boarded was well taken care of — the staff were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Our guide, Hero did a very good job ! The food was beautifully prepared, with a great mix of local and international dishes. Our cabin was quite clean, cozy, and offered stunning views of the bay — waking up to the peaceful limestone cliffs and calm water was simply unforgettable. The itinerary was well planned, with just the right balance of sightseeing, kayaking, and quiet moments to relax on deck. It truly felt like a perfect escape into nature — peaceful, luxurious, and personal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet memorable Halong Bay experience.

A wonderful experience for our family. Everything is taken care of you just enjoy yourself the staff are amazing. Joy made us feel so welcome once onboard the boat and looked after us throughout the trip. A surprise birthday cake for our daughter topped off a delicious meal. 5 stars !!!! Thank you
