We went on this trip in September 2024. Jerome, our tour guide was very friendly and personalized the whole trip knowing our interest. He presented us a good historical perspective of the old castle Hohenbaden and folklores, then we walked around Baden-Baden townships, parks, market areas and had delicious lunch at a famous Bavarian restaurant. After lunch we explored some hidden treasures in Baden-Wuerttemberg, enjoyed the beauty of waterfall in Black Forest national park, tried delicious Black Forest cake by the Lake Mummlesee and of course enjoyed the legendary stories of the King and mermaids. He also drove us around picturesque vineyards and we learned a lot about the surrounding area from him. Thanks to Ophorus tour and we highly recommend this trip.

Pauline was our tour guide into the Black Forest and our trip was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and took her time so show us many of the little towns along the way. The views were breathtaking!!! I would highly recommend booking a tour with Pauline!!!!

Great tour of Baden Baden area and the baths, as well as a winery. Pauline was our guide and she did a great job - went above & beyond. We learned a lot about Alsace and the surrounding area from her. Highly recommend this tour and Pauline!

This was a terrific day trip with our knowledgeable and thoughtful guide. With the right amount of time in each location, excellent suggestions for lunch and afternoon tea we had a great time. The highlight of our holiday.

Florence was a wonderful guide. She knew the area well and made the tour very memorable. Baden Baden was a lovely place and we visited things we would not have discovered on our own. Fabulous day!

We had a wonderful day on this private tour. Jerome was a great guide who answered all our questions and tailored the day to meet our speed and interests at each stop. He was full of knowledge of the region and with the different fun stops, the day was well spent learning about the region. A great tour.

<p>The tour was run by Pauline from Ophorus Excursions. She was fabulous. There were 8 of us traveling in a comfortable van equipped with a driver PA system so we could hear everything she said. Her driving was safe. In Baden-Baden we took some time walking through highlights and the central park, then up into the old part of the city. We then drove to the black forest wine region where we stopped at several sights, including a winery. We were gone for 10 hours, but I would have to say that we covered a lot of ground and could have used more time at villages.</p>

<p>It was a wonderful and enjoyable trip.. the guide was very friendly and warm who also due to availability of time took a de-tour to show us a small village on the way to Baden Baden. Overall, a very relaxing tour.</p>

<p>Danielle was excellent. She walked us through Baden- Baden and pointed out the sights. After lunch she drove us through the various vineyards in the area. Great tour!</p>

<p>Even the morning rain couldn't ruin the day we had an amazing tour. Our guide Danielle took us to some spectacular spots along the Black Forest wine route. The scenery was truly unbelievable. If you only have time for one day tour I would highly recommend this one.</p>
