Really good aquarium, kids under 4 free entry helps! There is a good focus on local Mediterranean fish species plus some more exotic world tanks. Validated parking at either the aquarium or restaurant. On site restaurant is really good quality with a good range of kid friendly, local and Asian menu options. Excellent views across to Comino and Gozo. Prices are reasonable.

lovely, well organised, very clean water, and tasty lemonade at the bar. Highly recommended. One thing - size of small photos for magnet and keys was a bit too big.

It is a really beautiful aquarium but the acoustics in the room is horrible and there is very noisy - and on top of that there are a lot of background sounds. Probably fine for a “regular” family but for a special needs family this is not a good place to go. We basically ran through in turbo speed to get out.

Have visited Malta numerous times over the past twenty years. Finally decided to go to the aquarium, sadly left a little disappointed. Not as good as the pictures on social media or in the advertising. There’s an area that some people can’t visit due to the health warning, we couldn’t due to epilepsy. We were disappointed at the overall size compared with other aquarium’s we’ve visited. Will we return again? Not sure, we visit Malta five times a year, so may return if really bored.

Family trip, adults and kids enjoyed it, and it was a nice enjoyable way to get out of the sun for a couple of hours! Highlights being the tunnel with the sharks and other fish swimming above us. Informative displays, interactive design a fish which loads into a digital aquarium. Plenty to see, won’t take you hours to go round but it’s a good way to see some of the fish and marine animals that live in that part of the world. Conservation, pollution info area as well. Well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Nice restaurant on site as well.

What a fantastic experience. Really stunning aquarium great viewing areas and the full motion deep sea submarine film and interactive ride was brilliant. Thanks for a fab time

It's definitely a must do when you come to Malta. It wasn't overly busy, and we stayed for lunch afterwards, which was incredible. The sushi was the best I have ever had!

Not a massive place, but very enjoyable, plus they had a little ride inside which was good and made it different to any other aquarium I have visited. Good customer service too Would recommend

Brilliant visit. Lovely exhibits with nice clean tanks and well cared for fish. Lots of info and a clean big place to enjoy as a family. Good value. Helpful staff. Cafe inside, toilets and a nice play area outside for young kids.

We really enjoyed this attraction. There are not many big fish, but there are numerous tanks with a great range of sea life. Every fish tank has interactive screens with information about the fish and you follow a logical route around the venue. It takes about 90 minutes to go round and at the end there is an optional submarine simulation which is fun. There is also a good gift shop and an excellent large restaurant. Parking is also free, but do not bother trying to park on the lower level as all the bays were reserved and taken up by service vehicles. Upstairts, there is a separate Malta heritage exhibition with information about various wrecks and historial artefacts located around the coast of Malta. This also includes a small cinema with a movie about the Malta seabed exploration. Unfortunately the sound quality was very poor and this could be improved. Otherwise, we had a great time there.
