Beautiful scenery and everything ran smoothly. Adolfo is very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly! Be aware weather can mean some views or activities are not available.

We had a wonderful experience with a great guide- Adolfo! We love tours and have done a lot of it and the tour guide makes or breaks the experience. Plan on a 12-13hr day, but the nice thing about a tour is that you don’t have to do the leg work! Feedback: **The only reason I give 4 stars They need a better system to ensure guests can keep the same seats throughout the trip. When we’re dropped off to enjoy some time off the bus, we’re specifically told to return to our same seats. However, new passengers are sometimes picked up during that time, and they often take seats that were already occupied before. This leads to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary tension among guests. It would be helpful if the company implemented a clearer seat assignment system or had staff assist with reseating when new passengers board.

Adolfo and Ping were incredibly personable and knowledgeable the whole trip. Highly recommend booking if your in Zurich for a couple days!

Both Marian and Jo are great tour guides. They gave clear instructions, provided good information, and kept the group moving along in a very professional and comfortable manner. The weather was good. Both my wife and I really enjoyed it.

Trip was fantastic, weather was great. Tour guide Carola was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bus ride was smooth. Would definitely recommend them as a way to navigate the mountain

Great experience on top of Europe. You should be physically fit and prepared. Oxygen levels here are very thin.

The tour is thoroughly recommended. Eli, our guide, provided us with interesting commentary and guided us all the way up and down from jungfraujoch. He was also very kind to take a photo of us . We stopped for about one hour in Interlaken in the way up. The view at the top was magnificent. Our bus driver took us safely

Once in a life time experience. Travel to unexpected heights with so many at the same time I really liked the ice house.

The trip shows the essence of La belle Suisse. You experience the Gandola, Cog wheel train, spectacular views. It is a bit over priced. The guide Bruno went above and beyond and told us lot of extra trivia about Switzerland.

Alfredo was amazing. The best guide I ever had. The tour was amazing ans Alfredo passed his passion to us. Give the guy a raise.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.
- Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
