We had a wonderful trip!! The views at the top of the Alps were heavenly!! Enjoyed the different modes of transportation 🚌🚡🚞 Our tour guides Milton and Sonia were very fun, informative and organized! Our bus driver Bruno was a pro!! It was an excellent trip and we will remember it forever🏔️

The views of the Switzerland Alps were stunning, and we were lucky the skies were sunny and clear. I found the top to be crowded and chaotic.

The views were spectacular. The guides were excellent. The gondola and train rides were exceptional The trip was well worth the cost

The bus was clean, comfortable and on time. The amount of time in Interlaken was just enough. The tour guide spoke English well. The price was very fair and the views…indescribable. Pictures don’t do the mountain jystice

Jungfraujoch was one of the 4 mountains we visited on this trip to Lucerne. Fernando/Francisco did an excellent job herding all of us as it was a long day. Due to the clouds and trace amounts of snow (which was awesome), there weren't any views to be had; but the experience was so amazing that it more than made up for it. The train down (including the views of Lauterbrunnen) was a real treat. Walking on the glacier (at the top) while it was lightly snowing was a one-of-a-kind moment.

Pick up times and pick up points were accurate, tour guide was exceptional with clear instructions ( Arecilia was her name ). Would recommend this tour. Value for money. Plenty of free time also.

This tour was one of the best that we have ever been on. Our tour guide, whom I believe was Andra,, was extremely knowledgeable. We started in Lucerne and were picked up by bus. We loved going to Interlaken on the way to Jungfraujoch but wish we would have had more time there. Maybe start the tour 30 minutes earlier to give more time at that stop. We continued on from there and transferred to the ariel cable car which had speculator views. Then we continued by cog train up through the mountain. We had plenty of time at the Top of Europe and the views were spectacular. Bring a light jacket with you as it does get cold and we went in July and there was plenty of snow. Then we viewed the Alpine Experience and the glacier tunnel with the sculptures. It was such a great experience and definitely worth the price. One of the highlights of our trip. Trip was amazing from start to finish. It was very well organized. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Switzerland and absolutely amazing. You have to experience it because pictures just do not do it justice of the breathtaking views.

- Service animals allowed
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.
- Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
