HaLong Bay: Unforgettable Private Kayak & Secret Cave Tour

Gấm was a fabulous English speaking guide. We highly recommend her. She took lots of pictures and was very knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful day! Ha Long Bay was incredible- beautiful and a once in a lifetime place to see. We especially want to thank our tour guide Robert. He was so helpful and professional and took many pictures of us- even kayaking alongside! The driver was great too and the folks on the boat who made a delicious lunch (we asked for vegetarian and it was great). The cave is special too- huge! If you can select the private tour option we highly recommend it- you will have a boat to yourself! And ask for get Robert as your guide he was amazing :)

This tour was exceptional. Our tour guide Gấm picked us up with a driver from the hotel and gave us some information on the drive to Ha Long Bay. We stopped at an oyster farm on the way to see how pearls are grown which was really cool and unexpected. Here we had a toilet break and small cafe stop before heading to the start of the tour. My girlfriend and I were the only people on the boat which was a lot of fun. This allowed us to get some really cool photo opportunities and Gấm was also very helpful taking some photos of us together. As we headed off we sat and had lots of wonderful food cooked for us which was also catered for dietary requirements. We then had some free time to take more photos before changing to get off the boat to go for 30 minutes Kayaking around the islands and we got to go through a cave into a lagoon which was really cool. Then we got back on the boat and headed to a cave on one of the islands that we got to explore and take more photos. Gấm was very knowledgeable and it was great hearing all about the different parts of the island. We then headed home on the boat with some fresh fruit and tea before being driven back to our hotel. This was a great private tour and we would absolutely recommend anyone to do this!

If you are debating this trip... just go! AMAZING! Robert knocked it out of the park. He was attentive to our every need and more. Every step along the way was well thought out and genuinely enjoyable. My partner and I were both on the fence about doing a private tour but the money was well spent. This might have been the best part of our trip so far. The sites, Robert's information and genuine kindness, the boat crew and everyone else involved made for an amazing day! I can not say enough.

This was a fantastic decision! The company was incredibly responsive and informative via WhatsApp. They were flexible with our change of plans and accommodating with our vegan diet. Our tour guide, Robert, was very helpful and knowledge about Ha Long Bay (and all other areas of Vietnam). The tour company and Robert made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We learned a lot about Vietnamese history, culture, and people. They chose all amazing spots with few tourists - so the pictures are great! I cannot recommend this tour enough.

We had a wonderful time on this excursion. Gam was an excellent guide with a plethora of information. She was a most pleasant person. The food was awesome. I would highly recommend this trip for anyone.
