Unforgettable Iceland: Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon & Kerid

A fabulous tour, highly recommended. Thorri was a fantastically knowledgeable and friendly guide, kept us on track with plenty of time to spare to enjoy the Blue Lagoon, without ever rushing us along. Our family of five had a wonderful day, in large part due to Thorri.

Thorri was the best guide, full of knowledge, stories and a great playlist for the 11 hour day. He was also very patient with those of us that had many questions and were a little late getting back on the bus.

Thorri was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the area, would highly recommend booking with him. Filled up the whole day nicely and was back at my accommodation at a reasonable time.

Our guide Thorri was awesome. We were collected on time, Thorri was very funny and gave us good information about Iceland. All the sights on the trip were amazing with our favourite being the waterfall and the learning about the glaciers and the history of Iceland.

The trip was very humorous, educating and so much fun. We got picked up at our stop around 8:30am and got home around 8pm. You get to see all the cool spots and the guide might even show you more and definitely put extra effort in it. About the planned parts: everything went smooth, easy and you had enough time to look around every sight. We even stopped to get ice cream, pet horses and see the northern lights in between. We got spikes for our shoes which were really helpful and made walking a lot easier and safer. If you bring kids, make sure they now about the dangers of ice and bring some distraction for the long bus rides in between. Pro tip: especially Gullfoss can be so damn cold, please be prepared. Walking within the wind direction is always a good idea against cold. If it’s still around 0 degrees outside, get some spikes, you are not gonna regret it, cause most sights get slippery at the end, where you didn’t see it coming.
