We met up with our guide and about 15 or so other people in the Grand Place to begin our first day in Brussels. I booked the tour because I wanted to see a lot of the landmarks with some background information, which I otherwise would never have known! Nicholas was hilarious and friendly and answered everyone's questions. The tour was the perfect length and did a great job of orienting us in the city so that we could navigate for the rest of our stay. So glad I booked!

This is a must to do. Our guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We hit the main points of the city. This is great for people that are in Brussels for one or two days.

A lot of clowning around and not so much history or information as other tours I have taken. A different style perhaps.

The walking tour with Ardel (spelling ?) was wonderful! I’m often hesitant to book a walking tour for many reason, but I am so happy that I joined this one today! I am a solo, female traveler, and it was the highlight of my time in Brussels. The two hours went by too fast; I was sad we couldn’t keep on going, and I’m not a history buff by any means but our tour guide made everything so interesting and digestible. I hope he teaches high school history! What a treasure trove of information he is and what a talent for storytelling . He kept the entire group entertained while teaching us a lot! It was just wonderful! He was also incredibly calm and reassuring during a national protest. He definitely can think on his feet! We had to go a different route than planned but it all worked out so beautifully. I 100 percent recommend this tour with Ardel. Again, I don’t think I have the spelling of his name correct and I apologize for that. He is definitely worth seeking out and he is fine if you don’t pronounce or say his name correctly. He said, “ Just don’t call me Aladdin! 😊” It was also very special because he was born and raised in Brussels so the passion for the city runs deep.

Adelin, our guide, was very enthusiastic and entertaining. He gave a lot of context and history. A good way to see the main attractions and understand a bit of history.

Good history of the main square and surrounding area. A tip is demanded so be prepared low cost plus tip means other tours may be better
