Córdoba Mosque-Cathedral: Skip-the-Line Guided Wonder Tour

We did the English tour which was super comprehensive and showcased the beauty of the Mousque-Cathedral. I highly recommended guided tour.

My husband and I visited the Mosque-Cathedral in Cordoba a number of years ago. What a difference having a guide to this extraordinary place made. As with all the other Viator guides we have had, our guide was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the building itself and even more about its history over the years. He was very open to answering questions. It was a wonderful experience.

We visited the Mosque-Cathedral in early October, and it was absolutely amazing! The architecture, history, and atmosphere were all incredible- it's one of those plac es that really takes your breath away. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the visit even more interesting with great details. The place is a must see if you visit Cordoba.

The guided tour was a perfect amount of time and the guide spoke extremely good English and was very knowledgeable. A very enjoyable 1.5 hours spent.

Our guide was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. Learned so much fascinating history and information we never would have gotten on our own. He was very friendly and always open to all questions! The only down side is that you can’t ever view/walk around the mosque independently. You enter as a group, stay together as a group the entire time, and leave as a group. There was not the opportunity to see some of the side chapels or go back to places we would have liked to have spent more time at. But definitely think the guide is worth it.

Our guide Borja was incredible. Part poet, philosopher, historian, comic, he made the Ahlambra come alive.

We found this a really good tour, our tour guide Enrique was very clear and broke down all the information so that we came away understanding the compelling history of this fantastic monument, which added to visual grandness that we experienced.

Our tour guide was just average at best. Only covered the main parts. Not the most engaging , but he did have a good understanding of the history. We did not know that the group tour tickets does not allow us to stay in the mesquita after the tour ended, leaving us less than 5 minutes to take photos and explore the non covered areas. Tour also started 20 minutes late and ended in an hour. I would recommend getting individual tickets and reading up about the mesquita yourself, leaving a lot more time to see the place.

Very informative tour, with good flow despite the crowds. The sounds was not always as good in the audio system. Very knowledgeable guide.
