Love the tour…Jesse was great…very knowledgeable. He made the tour very enjoyable. If in Boston, this is the tour service you should use. Definitely recommend.

Cindy was very friendly. She was awesome. Is very knowledgeable about the city. Cindy ensured our safety and made sure we got off the correct stops. She even offered to take us back to north station because we had two kids and we needed to walk a little bit back to north station to caught our train. But we had plenty of time to do. But it was kind of her to offer. You can tell she enjoys her job!

Tour guide was very upbeat and knowledgeable. Great way to see the city. Wish we had more time to get off at the different stops.

J.Hawk the tour guide was incredible. The second time we went was more recorded information and not as good. The tour hits all the spots we wanted to see.

This was a very interesting tour of Boston's main sights. Our first tour guide Jessie was an older man , very knowledgeable and entertaining and we enjoyed this part of the tour very much. Unfortunately, we had to change guides oart way through, when we stopped at stop 1 to validate our ticket. The new tour guide did not treat us politely. Having ascertained that we came from the UK, he mocked us at every opportunity simply it seems, for being British. When we left the trolley soon after his arrival , he said bye bye toodle pip in a falsetto voice. Everyone on the trolly laughed and we felt humiliated. This may be intended as a joke, but we felt bullied and humiliated. It all went much too far.

Hassle-free for first time tourist in Boston.very informative and in just few hours you can visit all the historic sites.

We had a wonderful tour of Boston with the City View Trolley Tours! Our drive was Hugo and he did an outstanding job of telling us all about the many wonderful things to see while in Boston. I would definitely take this tour again!!

Hugo H was fantastic, fun and did a great job. Very educational. Interacted and greeted all guests. Made sure everyone was where they wanted to be.

Difficult to find trolley pick up location at South station. Also, tickets only good for 1 complete circle.
