Cairo Unveiled: Private Pyramids, Museum & Bazaar Tour
No address available
On this private Cairo day tour, you’ll journey through the layers of Egypt’s ancient glory, beginning with the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza — the Great Pyramid of Khufu, that of Khafre, and Menkaure — timeless monuments rising from the golden sands since the 4th Dynasty, around 2500 B.C. Enjoy a 30-minute camel ride through the Sahara, circling these wonders as the Great Sphinx watches over the plateau with its eternal gaze. Savor a traditional lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the pyramids before continuing to the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of pharaohs come alive — colossal statues, gleaming artifacts, and the full collection of Tutankhamun displayed together for the first time — an unforgettable encounter with 5,000 years of civilization.

We had the best day together with our tour guide, Mahmoud Hoka, and our driver, Peter. Our guide was very professional, and we could tell he had a lot of knowledge about Egyptian history, as he shared information throughout the day when we were visiting the different places. We went to ride camels, see the pyramids, the Sphinx, the Great Egyptian Museum, to mention some. During the day we learned so much about Egypt, and he also gave us useful information on what to do and not, when you're a tourist in Egypt, which made it easier for us the rest of our vacation. The whole day was done in our own pace, which made the experience so good, as we didn't have to rush from place to place, but got to spend some extra time where we wanted, and a shorter time other places. We also got to visit spice stores and oil/perfume stores where we could buy some nice gifts. Our guide also helped us take amazing photos by both the pyramids and the Sphinx. We were extremely satisfied with our day, and would definitely recommend this trip if you're visiting Cairo!

The guide Mimo and the driver Peter were nice, but the tour itself was so rushed and skipped the details of Pyramids and GEM. Half of the time was in the shops where they were selling much higher prices. I regret taking this tour as I missed a lot despite of my dream Pyramids trip.

If you are looking for a guide in Giza and Cairo, look no further: this is an excellent tour! My tour guide, Rania, is knowledgable with Egypt's rich history that she thoroughly shared with me and answered all the questions I had during our time together. I was very impressed with all the places she's shown: the Pyramids of Giza, Camel ride in the desert, Papyrus creations, Perfumery, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much Rania for your guidance on this once in a lifetime visit in Egypt! Book this trip NOW!

After I placed my order, no one took the initiative to contact me before departure. I had to take the initiative to send messages to inquire, but received no response. Finally, through the phone number showed on the ticket, I managed to find their WhatsApp contact with great difficulty and got in touch with them. This was just the beginning of the tragedy—they may have temporarily arranged an outsourced tour guide, instead of a professional in-house guide from their own company. It's best to look up the historical background of the pyramids by yourself in advance before your trip. This is because tour guide won't take the initiative to share such information—you have to point to a specific pyramid and ask him, and he may answer your questions depending on his mood. It might be because I didn’t agree to the so-called "shopping tour" arranged for noon—though they did respect my choice regarding the schedule. Later, due to my fear of heights, I gave up the camel-riding tour activity (and I didn’t even ask for a refund for this item). I asked the guide to walk with me to the six pyramid viewing spots instead of riding camels, but he refused. He said I could go there by myself, but he wouldn’t come along; he would only agree to wait right where he was (how arrogant he was!). In the end, he rushed through the rest of the tour. During the subsequent visit, he barely took the initiative to introduce the pyramids at all, and he even failed to take me to the correct viewing spot for the Sphinx. Finally, I still gave him a tip out of politeness—what a joke!

Fatima was our favorite tour guide out of all the tours on our trip. She was incredible! Very knowledgeable and so kind! Such a great tour, I would highly recommend this!

I cannot put into words how much of an amazing day my son and I have just had. Our expert Egyptologist Mimo was absolutely first class. Our driver Amr was so courteous and efficient the whole day as well. Well, what can I say about our day. From start to finish it was exemplary. Mimo took us to the pyramids, for a camel ride, a full tour of the pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Then a visit to an aromatherapy essential oils manufacturer, then to a Papyrus specialist manufacturer, then to the Cairo museum for Egyptology, then to the market and all with a delicious lunch served in a lovely restaurant. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

We had an amazing private tour in Cairo visiting Giza, the Pyramids, the Sphinx, the GEM museum, and several beautiful local shops, including lunch. It was a great 8 hour layover in Cairo. A very special thank you to Zeinab, our guide. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made every stop come to life with her explanations. She was patient, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. We also want to thank Amr, our driver, for being so patient, calm, and professional. The driving in Cairo can be intense, but he made us feel safe the entire time and handled everything so smoothly. We highly recommend this tour—an excellent experience from start to finish thanks to Zeinab and Amr!

Great time! Pyramids and GEM were amazing! Mimo and Amr did a great job explaining and navigating. My wife and I felt safe 100% of the time on the private tour. A private tour is the way to go to have a personalized experience at your own pace. Mimo is a fantastic guide!

Mimo and Adel are the very best!!! Adel is an excellent expect driver to get you everywhere you need to go on this magnificent tour. He dropped off and picked up on time in the perfect spots! Wonderful driver in the crazy city. Mimo is the best tour guide we have ever had in all our travels. Very knowledgeable and incredibly honest. He was very good to tell us how to avoid hagglers and dishonest merchants. He took us to the best authentic shops including the cotton store, spice/tea shop, and papyrus art gallery. Plus, he was willing to amend the tour and take us to the marvelous Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). At the GEM, Mimo showed us all the best highlights and again was unbelievably knowledgeable with all the artifacts. We can’t recommend Mimo and Adel enough. 5/5 stars!!!
