Tour guide.Mo Galal was excellent explainer&service minded. He contacted us at night thru whatsapp and also was accessiblr thru his private egypt tel.nr just half hour before pick up. But Viator & My Cairo Tours/Lets explore Egypt compa y were not contactable earlier in spite of unclear pick up spot and date: 10 dec. I got whatsapp announcing guide call on 1 dec.!! I was afraid egypt tour operator has read egypt translation from right to left,so 01 dec instead of 10 dec. Could not contact My Cairo Tours. Strangrly on website of My Cairo Tours appears chatbot of Emotours,which denied to know MyCairo Tours. Day Tour package included roundtripv on Pyramids Plateau. Unsure if Cairo Tours/Lets Explore Egypt would show up on 10 dec, caused a lot of stress and I have bought on line 2 entrance tickets for Pyramids Entrance at € 26. (eventually not used), due to lack of (on Viator voucher given) phone or on line accessibility of My Cairo Tours/Lets Explore Egypt. Viator chatbot did not solve uncertainty but stated to have forwarded questions about pick up spot and date 10 dec.

the guide Mo Galal was very knowledgeable and presented everything in detail without making it boting. he was very helpful. overall it was very well organised and the lunch was amazing. would recommend the package and please ask for Mo Galal as your guide.

The tour was extremely in depth. Not only did we get the chance to sight see, but we also were able to shop, learn, and take pictures! Gamal (tour guide) was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and went the extra mile with taking pictures and showing us areas that must tours skip. Mina (driver) made the tour very speedy and we did very little waiting. We also had lunch with an incredible view.

The guide Abdul was nice and knowledgeable and lunch was good, but I paid for the all inclusive and still had to pay for the driver. The piramids were amazing, but the entrance was very cheap compared to what I paid. After lunch it turned into a sales pitch for oils and papayrus. All in all, I would recommend to just take an Uber and go see the pyramids by yourself.

It was a very good trip, and I enjoyed it so much from beginning to end. Everything was well organized, and the experience was truly memorable. I had the opportunity to see new places, meet wonderful people, and learn many new things along the way. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and every moment felt special and exciting. The journey was comfortable, and the activities were both fun and relaxing. I am very happy that I had this opportunity, and I will always remember this trip as a great experience that brought me joy and happiness.

Abdul was everything we could have wished for and more. He met us and explained the day he had planned and gave us lots of choices. When we got to the pyramids he was absolutely amazing. He knows so much history and was so passionate teaching us uncommon knowledge. He took amazing photos and we had enough time at each stop to feel like we had really taken it in. He kept us safe and happy all day, whilst showing us the pyramids and around Giza.

Amazing private tour. Abla was outlet guide and she was brilliant. She has so much knowledge and facts about the history of Egypt. They arrived on time to collect us and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. It is not a rushed trip which makes it easy to give 5 stars, you spend as long as wish at each destination. Would highly recommend

Everything was absolutely excellent! Despite our tight schedule and time limitations, Abdul planned everything perfectly so that we were still able to visit all the major and most important historical sites. If you are interested in truly understanding the history of Egypt and hearing accurate, detailed stories behind the ancient monuments, I highly and strongly recommend doing the tour with Abdul. He is extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian antiquities and answers every question with genuine passion and enthusiasm. Abdul is also very friendly, speaks excellent English, and his companionship made our visit both enjoyable and truly memorable. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

Our tour girl abla she was the best so knowledgeable she was very funny. She was on time and we did all the activities we needed to do. We have a lot of fun. She took the greatest pictures ever. She told us how to posed and she had the answers. Too many questions we were asking about the whole tour.
