We enjoyed the trolley experience. There was a cruise ship In town that made busses impossible to get on at stop 8. We waited over an hour for a bus with room. Dispatch said, 3 times they were sending an empty bus. No empty bus arrived. The drivers were nice about it, but dispatch wasn’t doing its job. Dispatch put their drivers in a position where they had to try to appease 30 ppl with false promises.

Great driver with a lot of knowledge and made the experience fun! fun way to see the city of Boston and learn more about the history of the area. Music was great!

We really enjoyed the history and commentary from all the different drivers and stops. Charming and Crafty were our favorite drivers.

Trolleys ran frequently and drivers were informative and entertaining. Excellent way to experience the entire city without too much walking.

Good experience. Great way to see the city. Again, keep politics out of it. Really frustrating having to listen to a guides political views. We don’t care.

The wait time at stop #1 to check-in and board was way too long. We waited 30-40 mins in line before we could board. Further, at several stops folks were unable to board due to full trolleys and had to wait for multiple trolleys to come by before finding space to board one.

. The bus drivers gave information about the city. If you’re not into doing a lot of walking it’s a good tour. Getting on and off is also nice at attractions. We did have to wait 30 minutes at two different stops for the trolley.

We very much enjoyed this tour. At first it was not clear to us that getting on at Stop 10 we would have to change trolleys twice. Once we arrived at Stop 1, we did the complete loop and our driver Coggs was excellent. He provided us with historical data in a unique and humorous way. As we were not getting on and off on this trip we did not have to worry about some seats. Some people were left waiting at some stops because there was not room on the trolley. The trip also provided discount tickets to the Tea Party Museum which is definitely worth a visit. Take a round trip trolley ride with Coggs and you will not regret it!

The stops were great and the narrative most helpful. Excellent to see the sites you hear about all your life.
