Tour was good overall, wish more time would have been spent at the pyramids but besides that tour guide was great and driver as well, food was the only part I would change as options where limited and was buffet style

Our tour to Cholula and Puebla was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Ramon, did an outstanding job—not only showing us all the sights but also explaining everything in a fascinating and engaging way. His deep knowledge and ability to answer all our questions made the experience truly special. Our driver, Enrique, was also excellent—safe and reliable. The entire tour was perfectly organized. We highly recommend this tour operator and would do it again anytime!

A friend and I took the tour to Cholula and Puebla on Friday, October 24. We were picked up on time (8:00 am) at our hotel. I believe the drive was about 4 hours to Cholula. Along the way the volcano Popo erupted in the distance - lucky break. We toured the outside of the pyramid but were told the inside was now closed to tourists - boo. Later we toured Puebla and had a nice lunch. A long day, but I wanted to see an area outside Mexico City. Our guide, George, was very knowledge and answered well our many questions. He also supplied us with snacks along the way - a nice bonus. Our driver, Arturo, was excellent - we lived another day. I recommend this tour.

Wonderful day escape from CDMX to explore the beauty of Mexico! Carlos was our guide and he was terrific! Knowledgeable about everything Mexico! Every question we asked, he always had a response for. Since this was a private tour, we were able to modify the itinerary to make sure we could squeeze in a visit to Museo Internacional del Barrocco, which is a must for an architect need like me. Highly recommend this tour! Ask for Carlos as your guide!

This tour had much promise in its advertisement, but it failed to deliver. The pyramid is 90% under the landscape, and you must imagine how it looks. Only a few portions are unearthed and visible. The ad also indicated that you could enter the tunnel system under the pyramid- that is no longer allowed and there was no under pyramid tunnel visit. The cities are charming and the people are very friendly. Most of the tour is spent on the road and is very long due to traffic conditions in CDMX. Disappointing at best....

Highly recommend the tour - both Puebla and Cholula are a must see if visiting CDMX. Overall I would have given this 5 stars, but there was a couple of things that I cannot ignore which is the reason for not excellent score. The main one was our tour guide - although he was very attentive and knowledgeable, his limitation in terms of English vocabulary made the experience not as enjoyable as it could have been. As someone for whom English is a foreign language as well, I understand the challenge involved with speaking in a different language, but for a tour guide good handle of this is a must. The second one was the place selected for lunch - given the abundance of excellent restaurants and spectacular Mexican cuisine, it is a shame to choose such an average place for lunch. Aside from this, the tour was well organized, transport was comfortable and overall everything else was great.

I highly recommend this tour. Cholula and Puebla are very beautiful cities, with stunning churches. Our driver Charlie was great. Our guide Maximo was really enthusiastic about his subject. He was helpful and nice. He did his best to share as much information with us as he could. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we had a little bit of language barrier. But the effort our tour guide put was great and this trip was overall really good.

Our guide Bruno was fantastic. His knowledge and easy manner made the trip a delight. Mr Augustine navigated some bad traffic with ease.
