My husband and I had a wonderful time on this daytrip. It was a last minute decision to go and so glad we did. Alvaro (guide) and Peter (driver) were wonderful! It's the first time that we've been on a tour that used headsets...what a great idea! I was able to take photos and listen to Alvaro's commentary at the same time. The tour focuses on churches/cathedrals which is up our alley. The walk to the Cholula church is up hill, with great views when you reach the top. We opted out of the lunch at Puebla. There was a market across the street from the lunch stop so we spent our time there during the lunch break. Loved that we had two hours of free time in Puebla to wander this UNESCO World Heritage Site historical centre. Thank you for a great trip Alvaro and Peter!

We had a nice day overall. The tour guide worked really hard to explain everything and was open and welcoming but i still wouldnt reccomend this trip to others. The churches and the temples were nice to see and interesting to learn about, however this was in no way balanced with the amount of time spent in the van getting from place to place which was the vast majority of the day. We were also told lunch was included and paid for lunch to be included. The lunch they served was the worst meal i have had over my entire trip in mexico. If you take this trip opt out of lunch. We were also told drinks including soft drinks werent included in the price and so had to pay separately. The waiter then added on a nice tip for himself to our bill for "service" of our free meal. For such a nice group of people doing the tour they are badly let down by the organisation of it and the restaurant they have chosen to affiliate themselves with.

Our tour guide Alvaro and driver Rodolfo made the trip a great experience. We had time to explore and enjoy Puebla like I don’t think we would have without them.

My friends and I had such a great time on this day trip! The van was very clean and comfortable, and our guide, Omar, was fantastic—funny, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions. He really made the experience enjoyable and informative. The tour was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Mexico City. It was so nice to spend the day in a quieter, more quaint area—Puebla is such a cute little town with so much charm and character. I’d definitely suggest this trip to anyone visiting the city! The traffic coming back to Mexico City was horrendous, but our driver, Hector, stayed completely professional the entire time and got us back safely. Overall, a wonderful day trip that I would absolutely recommend doing again!

Alex was an amazing guide and had a running commentary of the history of Puebla and Cholula for us in both Spanish and English. We learnt a lot about the place we were in and also enjoyed the day trip as well. Pacing was good as well

Alex was absolutely amazing ! He explained everything with a lot of passion and detail. His voice was also very smooth ! I feel he really made an effort to involve the whole group and allowed free time as well as detailed information. The tour itself was great we saw so many beautiful churches and cathedrals. Picturesque mountain views too and tried some amazing food. We were updated on all traffic information.

Best your in Mexico, Alex was fantastic and one of the best tours we've ever done, definitely recommend good footwear as it's a lot of walking!

We had a fantastic day trip from Mexico City to Cholula and Puebla! Our guide, Hector, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating history before we arrived at each site, which really helped us appreciate what we were seeing. He also had a great sense of humor and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and eat during our free time. Our driver, Carlos, was amazing! He handled the traffic like a pro and made the ride feel smooth and safe the whole way. Overall, it was a perfect balance of guided exploration and free time to wander. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the culture, history, and beauty of Puebla and Cholula in one day!
