My visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels was a profoundly powerful and immersive experience that far exceeded my expectations. The journey itself, traveling from Ho Chi Minh City, built a sense of anticipation, and arriving at the site felt like stepping into a different world. The physicality of the experience was incredible. Crawling through the authentically narrow, underground tunnels was a challenging and eye-opening moment that gave me a tangible, visceral understanding of the conditions people endured. Seeing the cleverly disguised trapdoors, the intricate ventilation systems, and the hidden bunkers up close was astounding. It was one thing to read about the ingenuity of the Cu Chi people, but another to witness it firsthand. Our guide, Bao, was the one who truly brought this history to life. His profound knowledge transformed the scattered remnants and tunnels into a cohesive and moving narrative. His professionalism ensured the tour was seamless, and his passion for the subject was infectious. He created an atmosphere of respect and curiosity, making the complex history accessible and deeply engaging.

Bao was a great guide for a fascinating trip. He provided lots of info on the way there...and looked after us very well while we were on site. Its a really worthwhile tour to understand how Vietnam troops easily got on top of the USA and how USA stood no chance really against the dedicated Vietnamese army. Would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Bao was very knowledgeable and was a helpful tour guide making it a very enjoyable experience. We got to see all the attractions despite it being crowded and at times our groups would listen in on Bao’s commentary

Tommy was very friendly and showed us some of the highlights of the Cu Chi tunnels. It was incredibly interesting to walk through them ourselves and see just how hard the Vietnamese fought, and how resourceful they were.
