Overall, the tour was great. We had a good and memorable experience. The tour guide was very professional and was accommodating. He is also knowledgeable of every historical site.

As a solo traveler I appreciate guided tours because I learn much more than curating my own experience. Our guide Gina gave 110% to us and was very knowledgeable. Prepare for weather conditions for this tour, and know that you’ll go through airport-style security before boarding the ferry. Only bottled water is allowed and you’ll have to toss your coffee if you don’t finish it!

Nina is an extremely well informed tour guide. She would tell us everything from how migrants would be treated at Ellis Island to why O’Harra’s was an important restaurant for NYFD recoup after handling 9/11.

Our guide was awesome! It has been a busy ,long trip and I can't recall her name but she was great! Very friendly n personable. She had tons of information being a native New Yorker, and answered all questions we had. We all very much enjoyed the tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and was very good at making sure we could all hear what she was saying. I was very pleased with this tour and the cost. I would use this company again.

It was great having an experienced guide bring us. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared great insights. I loved the extra stories. I only rated this one star leas because our group got very behind and we did a great deal of waiting for people. The guide was clear about the rules but then we waited anyways. I appreciated how the guide worked to keep us on track and her patience but my advice for those on the tour is to be mindful it’s a group tour. We also did not get I side the 9/11 museum like I thought we would.

We loved our guide Afia! She made it all worthwhile providing informative information and insight into NYC. Sadly a lot of our time was spent waiting in lines for the ferry and not quite enough time at the sites. But it gave us enough experience to know which ones we might want to go back to and spend more time.
