Heal, Help, & Hope: Vietnam War Museum & Charity Tour

Good place to visit to get a history lesson, as with other war museums, set out fairly good. Most people know the back ground and this just reiterates the need to keep out of the affairs with others and look at your own back yard, again i guess war is politics and money. Good realistic exhibits and the staff are very helpful when asked questions, visitors when we were there were very respectful and were from all parts of the world which is encouraging, i do think that they should raise the price slightly to expand on the museum

The museum has a few old military vehicles and helicopters in the grounds outside. The exhibition is over three floors and tells the story of the Vietnam War in graphic pictures and story boards. Although I thought I knew a bit about the war this is the side from Vietnam and doesn’t hide away from telling how it was for them. As a neutral, it added a different perspective and is a must visit in HCMC.

If you are a fan of 60's military equipment from this war then this is a good museum, although the museum in Dan And was better. The propaganda from Vietnamese government was a bit quaint but they have their own point of view also.

Going to the museum is a very cheap experience and if you are ever in Ho Ci Minh, it’s something that is a must do. Warning to some people, that many things seen there will be disturbing and hard to see. The military equipment along with all the stories and stats are quite staggering. It really does make a person feel strong emotions about all the atrocities that happened during the war

Educational, raw and sometimes quite intense. So many people who've died and suffered because, as in most wars, the so-called ideals of people in power.

Definitely worth a visit. Some parts need a strong stomach but worth the effort to see what happened during the war. V moving in places.

Informative, impartial, emotional a true look at the war and what happened, the photos and props are great, the pictures from the children are so moving.

Before I came, I was not sure about what this museum was all about. But it turned out to be one of the most instructive session where I learnt about the Vietnam war. This was, it could be said, the beginning (1954-75) phase of rising American imperialistic interventions round the world. Remarkably, the museum was opened soon after the American defeat. Of course, much of the suffering, pain and atrocities were slowly revealed over the years. I hope everyone, especially Americans, who saw these, would learn the right lessons from the past. My thoughts and prayers are with those who suffered because of the war.

Museum shows the Vietnamese side of the Vietnam War. some of the photos are not easy to look at. it is very interesting by very one sided entry fee of 40,000 VND

War museum depicts the devastation caused by the B-52 bombers & the massive loss of people & property. But the. Vietnamese have come a long way since then primarily due to their loyalty to their country & the hard work put in by them !
