Tour date 25 October 2025. Tour guide Abraham was good, experienced, very thorough and knowledgeable. Nearly a 4 hour walking tour with no breaks a bit too long and only less than half actually completed the tour. However his microphone kept cutting out and we had to tell him to be refixed like every 5-7 minutes, very very frustrating and spoilt the tour. Many people stopped using the headset device. The tour company were incompetent: A. Changed the time of the tour 3 times: from 1PM to 11AM then to 10:30AM then to 11AM. B. Tour guide microphone device faulty. C. Checking in at their office was chaotic and know one providing info. Our tour started 15 minutes late from the office then a further 10 minutes as we waited outside the Cathedral entrance for our guide Abraham to arrive. When we asked the member of staff that escorted us how long do we have to wait it was a “I don’t know” reply. When Abraham arrived he spent a fourth ear few minutes loading with the office getting the tickets downloaded to his phone. Would I book another tour with, or recommend this tour company: absolutely not.

A very worthwhile walking tour, bring some water. Our Guide was knowledgeable,fun and interesting. This tour skips the queues and has you see far more than you would find without a Guide. Highly recommended

Highly recommend this tour. We had Karlos. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and readily could answer all questions. He was attentive to the group’s needs. Something to consider is, this is a long tour. Come prepared with water and comfortable shoes.

Miguel led us on a three and a half hour tour with animation and enthusiasm keeping us interested in the history, art and architecture. We enjoyed every minute!

Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable & humorous guide Miquel. Covered the Cathedral and Palace in detail. The tour was quite long so be prepared for that

We so much enjoyed Abraham’s knowledge of Seville and it’s very interesting history. It was great to gain access to the beautiful cathedral without a line. Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating.

We were on the Alcázar and Cathedral of Seville tour with Abraham. Overall, the tour was excellent with lots of great information and opportunity to take photos. My only complaint was the audio unit provided ran out of battery while we were touring the Cathedral and it was difficult to hear the explanations. Although not our guide, Abraham’s fault, it would be good practice for Naturanda to provide their guides with spare audio devices in the event of a malfunction. Otherwise, a great tour!
