It’s ok as an overview of the city. Covers a lot of territory. Hits the highlights. But more shallow and skim-the-surface than deep. Perhaps what is expected on such a tour. Would have liked more general introduction information about Japan, more detailed information about Tokyo neighborhoods, and what we were seeing. Would not have been hard to do that. There was time and opportunity for that. Guide was very nice and was working hard, but guide’s English was difficult to understand. Boat ride on river at the end was total bust. No overall explanation of what we were seeing. There was an intercom with recorded voice on the boat, but it was placed at very low volume, could barely hear it over boat engine.

Good tour ... It was interesting to learn the many aspects of Tokyo. Good lunch and matcha experience. Bus was clean and very timely.

Our guide Angela was absolutely great! She was very polite, knowledgeable and very funny. Even our 10 year old enjoyed her jokes and enjoyed the tour very much. The tour itself was great, visiting many of the places we wanted to go conveniently on a single tour was great! Having to walk and ride the subway everywhere, this has been a godsend. Thank you Angela!

Hiro was a great guide and the tour was well organized. We were only 18 and nobody kept anyone else waiting at the various stops, which was great. It probably helped that Hiro gave clear instructions. There was enough time at all the stops, and I didn’t feel rushed, though it was a full day from 8AM to 6PM. The Meiji shrine was very peaceful. The imperial palace can only be seen from the outside, but the area around it was nice to walk. The Asakusa Senso-Ji temple was also nice, and so was the souvenir shopping places leading to it. The lunch provided was good. The sky tree visit provided a nice view of Mt Fuji luckily and the souvenir shop had a variety of sweets and other items that could buy tax free if you have your passport. The cruise was also quite scenic. All in all worth doing if you don’t want to navigate and get around yourself, especially with the info and tips that Hiro gave out.

Levin was very knowledgeable about the tour and the history behind each location. He explained everything clearly and made the experience even better with his great sense of humor. The tour was both informative and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Liven was are tour guide and he was excellent. He was well informed with the history of the tour sites and helpful with an explanation we had. Lastly, he was friendly and funny with us. Overall, he made the tour of Tokyo more enjoyable.

Today was a clear day which made for perfect sightseeing conditions. The itinerary was well planned with enough time to enjoy and/or shop at all locations. Hiro (our tour guide) kept us entertained and informed about all locations nicely. The cruise at sunset was especially beautiful. Overall, an exceptional tour on a beautiful day.

- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and operation.
- If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- We do not supply any extra drop off service.
- When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or gluten-free meals.
- Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.

- Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.

- Sometimes cruise can be suspended due to high tide or techinical maintenance. In that case, we visit alternative place (Hamarikyu-Garden or Fukagawa museum) so we do not visit Odaiba.Refund will not be given for this case.
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- Matcha store will be closed on May 14th, so we will be giving out matcha souvenirs as Matcha experience.
