We had a really great day exploring with Felix. We had a pretty clear itinerary in mind, and Felix was completely accommodating and guided us through it very well.

Jesus was a great guide. Arrived on time, spoke Spanish, and English, was very accommodating of our family that included a nine month old baby. Was ready to help with the baby as well. We had our own itinerary which he followed and completed to Monte Alban,, two arts and craft sites and to see the tree at Thule He was very informative, Monte Alban would’ve made no sense without the explanations. He took us to an excellent place to eat and gave us good recommendations for the rest of our time in Oaxaca. Antonio, who organized the whole thing was good as well, very responsive to all my questions. I would use this company again with no hesitation.

Armando, our guide, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating to all we wanted to do at our own pace. I absolutely recommend him and this company, great experience.

We had the most amazing day visiting Monte Albán and Teotitlán del Valle with our guide, Tony. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Oaxaca and Zapotec history and culture, and his passion made every stop come alive. After exploring the breathtaking ruins of Monte Albán, Tony took us to a small local town where we enjoyed an unforgettable homemade lunch — the best mole negro and Oaxacan hot chocolate we’ve ever had! From there, we continued to Teotitlán del Valle, where we learned all about traditional Zapotec weaving and even bought some beautiful handwoven rugs directly from the artisans. Since we visited during Día de los Muertos, Tony also brought us to the local cemetery in the village. It was such a moving and authentic experience to witness how families honor their loved ones. This day was the highlight of our trip — full of history, culture, and genuine local experiences. Highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful experience with Oaxaca Conmigo Tours. Our guide, Tony, was accommodating and flexible, making sure we maximized our time, and did just the things we were excited to do. Conversation was genuine and informative during our drive. We made a stop for an authentic breakfast at Comedor Citali on the way to Hierve El Agua. Per Tony's suggestion we arrived at early to beat the crowds and the heat. Tony procured a wonderful local guide while at Hierve el Agua. The tour far exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful hike, took in multiple views, all while receiving fascinating history of the site. The stop was made complete with coco frios! From there we headed to Mitla. Tony proved an excellent guide of the site. He opened the experience by paying respect to the ancient site and its inhabitants in the traditional Zapotec language. He explained the rich history of the site, pointed out subtle details, and translated many of Mitla's beautiful figures and symbols. At the end of our visit to Mitla, Tony encouraged our feedback and gauged our interest in our next adventure. We decided that a magical visit to Conina Nishh to enjoy lunch and to see Dona Dalia making preparations for the upcoming Dia De Muertos festivities would be a wonderful way to wrap up the day. We were welcomed by Dona Dalia and her family for a meal that was a genuine treat. On the way back to the hotel, Tony gave us additional recommendations for stops while in Oaxaca. All of which were fantastic. We could not have started our trip to Oaxaca any better and are very grateful to Tony and Oaxaca Conmigo Tours for a perfectly planned, personalized experience.

Jesus was our driver. He is a character as well as extremely knowledgeable about the area, it's inhabitants and it's history. We had a special request so we could have lunch in Mitla with some dear friends. He was not reluctant at all to accommodate us, and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. It was an educational and extremely enjoyable day!

We went on a tour which included Monte Albán, lunch, alabrijies, mezcal tasting, and black pottery. Felix picked up us on time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! All the places he took us to were incredible and local businesses we were happy to get to see and support. They were also open to adding on more trips that day if we had wanted. We learned a lot about Oaxaca and would recommend this to anyone visiting the area :)

My husband & I just returned from spending the most beautiful 12 hours today with Jesús, visiting the petrified falls of Herve el Agua, the archeological ruins of Mitla, a mezcal distillery, a textile workshop in Teotitlán del Valle where we learned about the fascinating process of making the traditional Zapotec rugs, with a final stop at the 2000 year old Tule tree. From our 7am pick up until our 6:30pm drop off, Jesús kept us engaged with history of the area, explanations of sights along the route, and was just a super-pleasant & knowledgeable guy to spend the day with. We stopped for breakfast and coffee at a local roadside eatery with delicious food, and later in the day at a restaurant for yet another tasty meal. From the initial inquiry about booking with Oaxaca Conmigo, to the communication the morning of pickup, Antonio was responsive and easy to work with. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a reason Oaxaca Conmigos has 5⭐️ reviews. I join with their previous customers in highly recommending them!!

We loved it! Tony, our guide, was super nice and very knowledgeable. He shared so much with us about the place and its culture. We were able to customize the tour and saw many interesting and beautiful spots. Personally, we loved Hierve el Agua and Teotitlán del Valle but everything was amazing. Highly recommend taking this tour and experiencing everything Oaxaca has to offer!
